    Human Resource Administrator - Ramatlabama

    • The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries. The ideal person will be in possession of a Grade 12 certificate and Human Resource qualifications. 1 – 3 years’ experience in human resources department. Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Grade 12
    • Must have a valid driver’s license & Own transport (will be required to travel from time to time)
    • 3 years experience in human resources with specific involvement in time & attendance operations
    • A diploma in HR Management/IR Management (Degree would be greatly valued and beneficial)
    • Relevant HR courses will also be beneficial
    • Knowledge of time and attendance software (Jarrison T&T System would be advantageous)

    Duties and Responsibilities    
    HR Admin Duties

    • Organize and maintain personnel records (file hardcopies and electronically)
    • Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave, long service)
    • Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, transfers, promotions etc.
    • Compiling HR reports
    • Answer and Assist employees queries about HR-related issues
    • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
    • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
    • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a social project, functions etc.)
    • Minute taking during meetings
    • Assisting with Employment Equity Admin duties

    Time and Attendance Duties

    • Review exception and overtime reports on a daily basis
    • Act as liaison between the users on site and the service provider
    • Trouble shooting on site prior to logging issue with the service provider
    • Liaising with on-site users to ensure information is completed in a timely and accurate manner
    • Administration of the Employee Self Service system
    • Express, model and reinforce a process-honouring culture
    • Ensure application of policies and acts within the time and attendance solution

    Technical Knowledge & Competencies

    • Computer literate in MS Office programmes
    • Knowledge of Human Resource and payroll processes
    • Good knowledge of timekeeping and strong administration skills

    Maintenance Stores Assistant - Germiston

    • The purpose of the position is to provide support in the Maintenance stores by supplying and purchasing stock for the plant machinery and equipment. The successful candidate will report to the Maintenance Planner.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • 1-2 years Previous stores experience in a maintenance /engineering environment

    • Perform routine preventative maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic and conveyor systems to ensure that they run optimally.
    • Repairs of the valves and pumps.
    • Installations and maintenance of gearboxes and overhead lines.
    • Inspect, operate, and test equipment to diagnose any malfunctions.
    • Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand tools (including turning)
    • Basic knowledge of refrigeration cooling systems.
    • Experience in meat injecting systems.
    • Willing to work shifts, standby an overtime.
    • Establishing of general sound working relationships.
