    EPC Contracts Manager

    • You’re a Construction Contracts specialist. You have in-depth FIDIC knowledge and know your claims management process better than any. You thrive in delivering projects on time and within budget through effective contract management.

    • In this role, you will be responsible for the contract management of  large scale EPC project contracts. You will assist in contractual aspects of executing projects, including risk assessment and managing stakeholder relationships. You’ll draft contractual communications, monitor project deliverables, and ensure all contractual obligations are understood and discharged properly. Additionally, you’ll process documentation related to contractor variations and claims, and keep all stakeholders informed about claims and disputes. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help maintain up-to-date registers for bonds, contracts, variations, and claims.

    • You’ll be based either in Cape Town or Gqeberha with travel to sites as needed.     What you’ll need

Strong FIDIC Contracts Experience as well as written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work extended hours and travel extensively nationally as per project requirements.
