    Field Assistant Technician

    PURPOSE OF POSITION

    • The primary objective of a technical assistant is to assist the team to ensure efficient & effective delivery of technical services & maintenance within the region to achieve operational SLA’s. The technical assistant will be required to assist our technicians on site with installation, repair and maintenance of fuel management systems ie. ATG, Pumps and E Fuel equipment. A high level of focus is given to all regional projects which are monitored and delivered on time, with continuous drive to maintaining HSSE standards and compliance.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • First Aid / Fire watch duties on site
    • Confined space entry work
    • Assisting technicians with installations, repairs and maintenance
    • Assist with all hsse including checklists and inspections.
    • All Training must be attended and refresher courses requested if required.
    • Calls are resolved first time with repeat calls been monitored against monthly SLA performance.
    • Ensure that quality of work carried out is exceptional at all time, with maintaining housekeeping across fleet & sites.
    • High level of professionalism and feedback is maintained.
    • Provide detailed, complete information on the intelliserve electronic job card updates, as well as the HEAT call closure updates within SLA and updates closed out on time.
    • Report on incident and near misses.
    • Ensure that safety compliance is always adhered to, by finalizing monthly HSSE inspections.
    • Ensure that safe driving is always practiced, including but not limited to: Over speeding, usage of cellular phones while driving, seat belts etc. and actions are closed out for none conformance, to sustain a 95% driver safety score across the month.
    • Ensure that proper PPE is always worn and inspected as part of the monthly HSSE inspection process.
    • Ensure their van stock is maintained weekly with, used stock been booked out of each van, with warranty and replenishment stock been tracked correctly.  
    • Provide updated and effective feedback to the service desk where required to ensure minimal delayed as well as updated feedback to our clients etc.

    Junior HR Officer

    PURPOSE OF POSITION

    • A Junior HR Officer is required to provide the full employee life cycle support in all areas of the HR function.  This role will provide administrative and operational support to the HR Office. This includes talent acquisition, performance management, talent development, Industrial Relations & general administration and reporting to allow the HR Business Partners time to focus on Strategic & tactical HR issues.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Handle generalist HR support functions in the MEA region, including to:

    • Provide HR analytical and administrative support to business, explaining policies, procedures and company practise in a timely and effective manner
    • Collect data and maintain an accurate database of BBBEE, EEA, ATR/WSP and other legislative statistical information
    • Maintain and update org structures and reporting lines
    • Manage all HR systems and maintain data integrity
    • Run salary benchmark information off the Group benchmarking systems
    • Facilitate logistics of induction processes and update induction packs
    • Managing the employee on-boarding process and track probationary process documentation
    • Support in talent acquisition following the company processes and procedures including scheduling and co-ordinating interviews (when required)
    • Accurately compiling and processing a variety of HR documents e.g. employment contracts, amendments to contract, policy documents, etc.
    • Collate and check payroll information and send through to payroll within agreed deadlines & follow-up on any queries and outstanding issues
    • Process benefits claims and follow-up to ensure resolution
    • Ensure proper filing, document management and good house-keeping
    • Perform regular HR audits of personnel files as required and call for updates where required
    • Arrange Employment Equity meetings and perform secretarial duties for the committee
    • Supporting the company’s Performance Management Process, giving the necessary guidance and support
    • Undertake specific projects, in consultation with Line Management, to facilitate HR activities and enhance client service.
    •  Arrange ad-hoc events handled by HR 
    • Perform ad hoc duties as and when required within job scope

    PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    Education/achievements

    • Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources or equivalent (required)
    • Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources or equivalent (preferred)

    Experience/Knowledge

    • At least 3 years of proven and appropriate work experience in a people-orientated environment, dealing with a wide variety of general HR-related activities (required)          
    • Multi-national experience (preferred)
    • Experience in multi geographies (preferred)

    Product Development Specialist - Bedfordview

    PURPOSE OF POSITION

    • The Data & Decision Science Product Specialist will be responsible for utilizing their technical skills to ensure excellent product delivery, through the support of development and documentation of products and solutions.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Become a technical product specialist on the following Solutions, Products and Platforms: Orpak VIT, NavMan Wireless, Orpak site controllers, eNhance and Enhance One controller, VR ATG, Fafnir ATG, Integrator Compact and DF360. Working knowledge all these Solutions, Products and Platforms will also be required.
    • Provide 3rd line in-field and/or remote support to the technical, contractors, distributions and customer with full issue analytics, root cause analysis, resolution and documentation of any identified product technical issues.
    • External escalation of issues not within 1st or 2nd line support scope to technology partners with full management of resolution cycle and tracking of deployment of identified fixes.
    • Internal escalation and management of all exceptions, product issues, software bugs and other anomalies identified for resolution through the PPG/APD process.
    • Implement and track deployment of any identified in-field hardware modifications and or software updates that need to be completed.
    • Develop and document standard works instructions for products and solutions.
    • Develop and document technical specifications and documentation for products and solutions.
    • Support the technical training specialist as a product specialist.
    • Keep up to date with and keep company up to date with technology partner new development and market space technological advancements.
