    The role of Software Applications Development Management is an information technology professional who takes accountability for the directing, design, development and implementation of new applications and upgrades for systems to meet business requirements.     Cloud Service Division GTM Lead

    This role is responsible for assisting the Cloud Service Division's deliver towers and platform teams develop and maintain GTM collateral, enabling sellers to accelerate the creation of pipeline creation and conversion.

    This will entail:

    •  Creating repeatable frameworks for effective launches of new GTM’s / portfolio and working with relevant parties (Towers, Marketing, Enablement, Alliance CoE’s) to ensure the framework is executed upon where required.

    Software Sale Specialist

    The Software Sales Specialist is the demand generating engine for the software business and has the primary objective to pursue and land qualified sales leads. The purpose of this role is to identify new opportunities from a selection of existing accounts, and present solutions, value propositions, partner configurations, cost structures and revenue models to the client.

    A substantial amount of time will be spent on engaged selling or supporting the sales process in partnership with Client Managers. They contribute to the pre-sales process by working with pre-sales architects to create the best solution design for the client.

    Service Desk Manager

    The MS Service Desk Management takes responsibility for the operational management of a team of service desk employees who is the first point of contact for clients and vendors, accountable for taking calls, chat requests, or tickets and handling resulting incidents or service requests, applying standard operating procedures. They ensure client satisfaction by successfully managing and completing incidents and requests. This role takes guidance from the Senior MS Service Desk Manager and other stakeholder functions in fulfilling their obligations.

    Senior Analyst: Data Quality

    As an HR Data Quality Analyst / Steward, you would be responsible for the on-going management of HR master data that is being used in NTT’s applications and assure that data is of high quality and integrity. This position will assist with the creation of standard definitions for the organisation to follow.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the lifecycle of the HR organisational data set.
    • Define and implement policies and procedures for the day-to-day operational and administrative management of systems and data.
    • Document and maintain standard business definitions and metadata for critical data elements associated with each key data element.
    • Implement data quality standards, including data rules associated with data sets using technology to assess and maintain conformance to information policies, particularly accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
    • Communicate issues associated with the data lifecycle, i.e., the creation, modification, sharing, reuse, retention and backup of data and resolve any issues accordingly.
    • Participate in the development of data quality standards that must be applied to data sets used and produced.
    • Maintain data by scheduling and executing periodic reviews and updates, handling issues of data ageing or retention within the scope of maintenance.
    • Document metadata associated with business rules and identify and document the way that information is being used and by which users / stakeholders.
    • Manage data sources for reference information, both internal and external data providers.
    • Identify, authenticate and authorise information users, validating security for access to the data, authorising modifications to reference data and providing access to data standards for browsing purposes.
    • Act as an agent for data governance policy and standards and influence effective data entry, usage and quality control.

    Knowledge, skills and attributes:

    • Programming expertise and rational database proficiency
    • Proficiency in data modelling and acumen in domains such as data warehousing and storage concepts
