    Service Delivery Coordinator

    The Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of daily/weekly/monthly tasks that ensures that all client environments are well managed, supported and in line with agreed service level metrics.

    The focus will be on the Office365 applications such as MS Teams, Outlook and SharePoint, as well as the administration, deployment and reporting of our UEM solutions.

    PO 1: Risk Management

    •  Complies to all mandated policies, laws, and audit requirements
    •  Operates and environment that is efficient, optimised, standardised, and secure with the latest security patches and relevant access control measures in place

    PO 2: Operational Excellence   

    •  Operates an environment that is reliable and stable
    •  Incident Management
    •  Service Request Management
    •  Capacity Management
    •  Availability Management
    •  Continuity Management
    •  Life Cycle Management

    PO 3: Continual Improvements 

    • Recommend a minimum of two improvements within are of responsibility per financial year

    PO 4: Project     

    • Projects are delivered on time, within budget and meets or exceeds customer quality expectations.

    Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in information system (3+ Years).
    • Microsoft 365 Suite (3+ Years).
    • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (3+ years).

    Technical Competencies

    Essential

    • Office 365 Administration and Support
    • Identity and Access Management (Azure)
    • Microsoft Windows Server Management and Support
    • Azure Administration

    Desirable

    • Sound knowledge of system monitoring platforms
    • Python
    • Ansible
    • Familiar with on prem and cloud concepts

    Special Requirements

    • 2-5+ years in a similar role within an ICT organisation provision managed services
    • Experienced in writing technical documentation
