The Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of daily/weekly/monthly tasks that ensures that all client environments are well managed, supported and in line with agreed service level metrics.
The focus will be on the Office365 applications such as MS Teams, Outlook and SharePoint, as well as the administration, deployment and reporting of our UEM solutions.
