    Job purpose:

    We are looking for a manager who can support us in building out our data management service offering. You will contribute technically and strategically to the Data and Analytics client engagements and internal projects.     The Financial Reporting Group (FRG) is a Sub Management Unit (SMU) within Professional Practice. FRG consists of several Subject Matter Resources (SMR) who assist the Assurance business across Africa with complex accounting matters on their engagements.     HR Operations Systems Specialist 1

    The Opportunity:

    We have an opportunity to employ a strong systems and technically minded candidate in the HROSS role, based in our Johannesburg, Sandton office. The HROSS will be responsible to action resolutions, prepare accurate data files and guide internal clients in Core HR related processes and systems. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team supporting multiple, complex HR platforms including, the SAP Success Factors product suite, Service Now and other internal Global systems.     • Relevant functional experience for data extractions from source SAP systems to downstream systems
