    Strategic People Partner

    Purpose Statement

    • Guide business leaders as strategic people partners during the design and delivery of a unique people plan that will inspire, empower, care for and develop their people
    • Responsible for the development, execution management and optimisation of new and existing people initiatives to business in partnership with the HR Specialist Areas (HR CoEs) and the business. 

    Experience

    Minimum:

    As a people partner:

    • At least 4 years’ experience in one or more specialist area within HR (i.e. recruitment and selection, talent management, learning and development, etc.) 

    As a strategic people partner:

    • At least 3 – 4 years’ experience as a generalist or strategic people partner to one or more dedicated client areas, supporting key clients at a senior management level within the organisation
    • Must have proven experience in the building and maintaining of key client relationships at a senior management level within the organisation
    • Proven experience in the leading, planning and managing of multiple change HR initiatives/tasks/processes/project deliverables across a dedicated client area/areas

    Legal Advisor: Innovation Risk

    What will you do

    • Provide legal advice to all departments and entities.
    • Managing the legal risks for all legal advice to all the departments and entities.
    • Handling a variety of legal matters, ranging from moderate to complex matters and projects.
    • Acts as counsel on issues involving company compliance, with complex governmental and regulatory issues, including the drafting of legal opinions where necessary.
    • Reviews legal documentation and agreements and provides advice on appropriate action as well as being involved in negotiation of all legal issues in relation to such documentation.
    • Draft agreements and suites of agreements, including client facing agreements and documents of a legal nature and legal agreements from moderate to complex when the incumbent deems this to be necessary.

    AML Compliance Officer

    Purpose Statement

    Cyber Security Architect

    About the role:

    • As a Cyber Security Architect at Capitec, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing advanced security solutions to safeguard our systems and data from evolving cyber threats.
    • With a minimum of 5 years in cybersecurity roles and at least 3 years specifically in a cybersecurity architecture capacity, you will leverage your hands-on experience with infrastructure and security tools to assess, enhance, and fortify our security frameworks.

    Layout Design Specialist - Fixed Term Contract

    Purpose Statement

    • The successful incumbent will be responsible for the constructional design of floor layouts for new/upgrade branches, including offsite cash devises and all alterations to existing branches, with a strong focus on external and internal branch signage, in-branch communication and overall branch look and feel.
