    Software Engineer Python & AWS

    Essential Skill Requirements:  

    • Expertise in API and ETL development
    • Git development branching strategies and development approaches
    • CI/CD pipeline development using Code Build and Github Actions
    • Test driven development, Unit Testing, Functional Testing, Code Coverage
    • Terraform and IAC deployments; PySpark pipeline development
    • Knowledge of multiple database types such as structured and unstructured databases
    • Linux scripting and environment usage
    • AWS Development Skills and proficient in programming (Python(preferred) or Java or SQL)
    • Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

    Required Qualifications:

    • Relevant IT / Engineering Degree

    SAP MM/PP Functional Consultant MM, Functional

    Essential Skills requirements:

    • Good working knowledge of SAP APO/PP/MM customizing: setting up /customizing of Process Chains, batch job variants, Core interface integration models, custom tables and master data chains to suit specific markets within ATLAS and WIT
    • Supply Chain planning tools and methodologies.
    • Expert knowledge of Demand Planning module
    • Expert/Working understanding of the Material Planning process, i.e., MRP- replenishment, stock ordering, inventory management, Purchase requisition/order creation and order proposal generation and interfacing to planning and ordering tools
    • Expert knowledge of the core interfaces and operational activities i.e., housekeeping, daily monitoring, batch job monitoring and queue monitoring.
    • Expert trouble shooting skill to handle Incidents and user tickets within the Business SLA.
    • Working knowledge of the supply chain processes, especially around purchasing, imports, materials planning, forecasting and distribution.
    • JIRA and Confluence, especially X-ray test suite.

    Responsibilities that successful candidate would need to carry out: (not limited to)

    • Understand the business requirements, preparing AS-IS, and TO-BE documents and get sign-off from users for functional and/or technical design document(s).
    • Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes.
    • Executing the required changes through configuration.
    • Interact with consultants of other modules for Integration requirements.
    • Preparing test data and documentation, Conducting Unit tests, Regression tests and System Integration security tests including recording of results.
    • Preparing User manuals and conducting training to business process owners.
    • Planning of go live milestones, planning, preparation and execution of migration, cutover and Go-Live as well as post Go-Live support activities.
    • Interaction with clients through meetings, calls and emails.
    • Support the troubleshooting, resolving and closing of Production Support tickets within defined SLA’s (Service Level Agreements).
    • User interface transactional solutions.
    • Analyse and scope End-user authorisation roles.
    • Update and maintain documentation as an existing system’s functionality is changed.
    • Execution according to the Agile Methodology and attending of all team meetings, including Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospectives, Sprint Planning meetings etc.
    • Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain, as per the updates required by the respective feature team(s).

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

    SAP ABAP Developer (Hybrid)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, configure, and maintain SAP solutions using ABAP, UI5, SAP Fiori, and S4Hana.
    • Manage and implement Level 1 process integration across various SAP modules.
    • Oversee technical and infrastructure integration across multiple technologies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and integration.
    • Utilize SAP Solution Manager for monitoring and managing SAP landscapes.
    • Apply modern ABAP techniques to enhance system performance and functionality.

    Essential Skills:

    Intermediate Support Analyst

    Requirements:

    • Information Technology or technical qualification – NDIT or Bachelor’s degree or matric and at least 3-4 years related work experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with business process models (UML), at least 3 years.
    • Solid SQL and XML experience, at least 3 years.
    • Experience with scripting languages at least 2 years.
    • Proven ability to read system logs and software build scripts.
    • At least 3 years working knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

    Duties that the successful candidate would need to carry out:

    Analysis of all issues raised from Production from the QA team. In this process the following is involved:

    • Using the "Remedy Action Request System" ttrack client originating issues
    • Accessing data held on DB2 databases
    • Working with XML messages flowing in and out the system
    • Discussing issues with business owners
    • Using the "Client" Defect Tracking System (currently "Atlassian Jira" system)
    • Utilising "Client" Support Software
    • Analysis of logs in the error queue and initiating resolution with the respective resolver group
    • Facilitate resolution of Incidents and Service Requests throughout the lifecycles and across various teams within the specified SLAs/OLAs
    • Raising valid "Client" defects and logging required information into the "Client" Defect Tracking system.
    • Providing "Client" developers and testers with all information required to replicate and resolve client issues.
    • Scripting of datascript and packaging for correcting data in the production system
    • As a member of the support team, ensure 24/7 support coverage for client production systems.
    • Assist with communication, creation, maintenance, scheduling, and distribution of reports
    • When on standby duty according to a standby roaster, taking first call, registering, prioritizing and escalating any issue raised via the different support channels.
    • Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and restore services in the event of outages
    • Participate in Post-Mortem/Root Cause Analysis after each event to mitigate problem recurrence
    • Creating and submit knowledge articles to knowledge base for reuse.
