    Picker Packer: Stores and Warehouse - George Multifranchise

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Packing of receipted goods onto corrected shelves and bins.
    • Correct and accurate picking of parts against picking slips.

    Administrator: Service Advisor (Non-Technical) - Isuzu Vereeniging

    The responsibilities of a Service Advisor include the following tasks:

    • Receive customers in a professional and friendly manner in order to ensure they feel valued.

    Service Bookings: Administrator - Polokwane Multifranchise

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    Key Tasks:

    • Professionally meet and greet customers on arrival.
    • Answering calls

    Technician (Hyundai Weltevreden Park)

    Key Responsibilities And Duties

    • Repair and service motor vehicles according to Motus standards and specifications 
    • Repair and service vehicles according to specific or franchise specifications
    • Establish parts required for service or repairs to be performed and ensure the correct parts are ordered
    • Report to Foreman / Service Advisor promptly on any additional work required
    • Obtain authorisation prior to carrying out additional work
    • Obtain technical information from Foreman / Master Technician on problem jobs
    • Adhere to Motus workshop policies and procedures
    • Ensure that all old parts are placed in a plastic bag in the boot of the vehicle, except in the case of warranty work where old parts must be returned to the Warranty Clerk
    • Ensure that all oils and consumables used are recorded on the job card
    • Ensure that worked hours are clocked correctly
    • Ensure that the vehicle is kept as clean as possible and that all seat and fender covers are clean
    • Do not leave keys in an unattended vehicle
    • Ensure that work bay is kept safe, clean and tidy
    • Report any faulty / broken equipment to the Foreman / Workshop Manager
    • Ensure that special tools and equipment are used according to safety regulations and specifications
    • Ensure that hand tools set conforms to Motus standard
    • Accept responsibility for apprentice and impart as much technical knowledge to him as possible through explanation, practice and the monitoring of work, including rectifying faults
    • Reasonable requests by Management outside your job description will be performed from time to time

    Parts Manager (Hyundai Bedfordview)

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Interview, select and hire required staff according to Company policy
    • Staff- to establish and maintain adequately trained staff needed to achieve agreed objectives

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    • Manage and control the key vault with precision, including scanning keys in and out daily.
    • Ensure all keys are returned promptly after each test drive and vehicles are parked correctly.
    • Report vehicle issues promptly and provide administrative support by retrieving vehicle information as needed.
    • Conduct key stock take audits mid-month and month-end.
    • Fulfill any other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Parts Picker Packer | Stellantis Vereeniging

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    INCOMING PARTS:

    • Receive, unpack, check and bin all incoming stock.
    • Ensure that parts are free from damage and that the part number and label are correct before binning.
    • Ensure Admin department receives all relevant documentation with signatures.
    • Ensure that binning is done accurately.
    • Update bin locations as per OEM specifications and standards.

    OUTGOING PARTS:

    • Pick all parts against a computerised invoice (unless otherwise stated) and hand to appropriate authorised person.
    • Examine and ensure all outgoing parts are free from damage before handing over to appropriate person.
    • Ensure that picking of parts is done accurately.

    GENERAL:

    • Adhere to all safety and security policies set out by the Company.
    • Maintain and keep warehouse clean and tidy at all times.
    • Assist with perpetual and periodic stock counts.
    • Perform any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.
    • Ensure dress code is maintained according to Company standards.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Senior Certificate or equivalent NQF Level 04
    • 2-3 years working experience in a parts picker packer position within a motor retail environment
    • Computer literacy is essential (MS Office)
    • Automate will be an advantage
    • Industry legislative compliance
    • A valid, unendorsed driver’s license
