Youth Office Administrator - XECOD006 at City of Ekurhuleni

Minimum Requirements:

• Post matric qualification.
• Qualification in Business Administration, Finance or related course.
• South African Citizen
• Resident of City of Ekurhuleni
• Young person 18 -35 years, but men and women over 35 years will be considered
• Knowledge of municipal service
• Report writing skill
• Working knowledge of the languages and dynamics of the City
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc)

• Identifying opportunities for future business development and expansion.
• Developing and maintaining internal and external communication channels
• The Adhere to governance and risk management compliance requirements
• Adhere to Governance and financial Processes in terms of legislations, policies and procedures
• Employ supportive customer service actions and strategies
• Report writing skill
• identify required performance parameters and clarify required standards
• Integrate utilization of interpersonal skills and knowledge
• Receive and consolidate reports and attendance registers from Supervisors
