Professional Valuer or Professional Associated Valuer with 5 to 10 years’ experience – Cape Town at DDP

Requirements:

• Minimum requirements include a relevant degree with experience in Residential Valuations as well as proof of registration with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession in accordance with the Property Valuers Profession Act of 2000. This role requires a deep understanding of the local real estate market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to produce high-quality valuation reports. In addition, and besides relevant work experience, you will be able to work independently following deadlines whilst simultaneously meeting stringent service and quality objectives and standards.
