    Job Description    

    • Compilation, verify and processing document packs – Purchase Order, GRN, signed D/note or Job completion certificate, quotation and Tax invoice.
    • Check, match and accurately process invoices and credit notes in the Accounting systems, post batches daily in order to effect payment timeously.
    • Ensure invoices are properly authorised in accordance with levels of authority and allocated to correct Supplier and GL codes.

    Truck Driver - Paarl

    Job Description

    Vehicle:

    • Complete a vehicle check list on a daily basis before and after each delivery and/or collect. Report any defects. Responsible for driving the vehicle within the law.
    • Assist local authorities in emergency situations involving incumbent’s vehicle.
    • Ensure cleanliness of the vehicle both inside and outside. Ensure vehicle parked correctly in designated area and that it is locked at the end of each day.
    • Inform Team Leader when vehicle is due for service. Assists Despatch Team Leader when reporting breakdown details.

    Job Description    

    Trichoderma Production:

    • Meet production targets timeously.
    • Participate in the planning and scheduling of Trichoderma production activities in co-operation with the Technical Dept.

    Dispatch Team Leader - Paarl

    Job Description

    Required outputs: Functional

    Stock:

    • Monitor stock levels; communicate discrepancies noted w.r.t. stock shortages. Ensure that the FIFO system is strictly adhered to w.r.t. stock.

    Dispatch of Goods:

    • On receipt of documentation request Materials Handlers to pick product per order for dispatch.
    • Ensure all product for dispatch has been correctly picked and that quantities correspond with documentation and that no damaged product is picked for delivery or loaded onto trucks for delivery.
    • Ensure products are picked timeously to prevent delays in loading and dispatch of trucks to do deliveries
    • Ensure all cargo is checked and verified before wrapping takes place.

    • Knowledge of applicable legislation including corporate law, competition law, environmental law, explosives law, mining law, tax law, labour law etc.
    • In depth knowledge of legal processes and procedures.
    • Experience in a contractual/procurement environment.

    Job Description

    • Provide legal advisory services to AECI Chemicals businesses.
    • Provide advice to and support the management team and business units in mitigating legal related risks.
    • Create and maintain legal framework for the activities of the AECI Group.
    • Supervise external service providers on a cost benefit basis.
    • Maintain relationships with external legal advisors, local and cross border.

    • Experience in a contractual/procurement environment
