    Parts Administrator - CPT - CBD

    Requirements:

    • Parts admin experience in a franchised motor dealership (2 years+)
    • Working knowledge of a motor industry DMS (CDK, Drive, Keyloop etc.)
    • Sound knowledge and understanding of costing, accounts, orders, WIP’s, etc.
    • Matric 

    Role / Duties:

    • Placing approved import orders
    • Preparing payment of duties
    • Costing of imports
    • Bringing in of parts stock
    • Facilitating parts buy-outs
    • Computing stock counts and variances at counts
    • Managing conversion of estimate
