Engineering Manager at Pollock & Associates

• As Engineering Manager, you will own all aspects of maintaining and improving production site assets, utilities and engineering functions. Working cross-functionally, you will manage budgets, vendors and internal teams to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage facilities, utilities and infrastructure through contracting and in-house teams
• Project manage capital projects from concept to completion
• Drive high engineering standards and continuously improve production processes
• Ensure regulatory and ISO compliance through systems, audits and training
• Lead teams and collaborate with production leadership to maximize efficiency

 Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of progressive engineering management experience
• Proven track record optimizing facilities and infrastructure systems
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills
• Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Process Engineering or related field
• Project management certification/experience an asset
• Adept at planning, budgeting and solution-oriented problem solving
