Cold Section (Salad Prep) at Managed People Solutions

Key Responsibilities; 

• Prepared Salad Bar items and fresh items to be sold in our coolers, following Food Safety Regulations and OSHA standards, daily and hourly.
• Cleaned all preparation areas and salad bar related areas, during each shift and as needed.
• Assisted customers as needed
• Filled special orders for fruit, vegetable, platters.
• Work in conjunction with the other areas of food service to fill orders.
• Helped to increase sales through fresh prepared items in coolers, through efficient time management and communication with management, and inventory.
• Maintain Cleanliness of Salad Bar area and Drink Station
• Keep Salad Bar fully stocked with fresh ingredients at all times 

Requirements; 

• Grade 12 
• At least 2 years experience as a Kitchen Assistant
• Salads making & preparation is ESSENTIAL
• Must be creative and can work in a fastpacked environment
• Must be a clean and presentable individual.
