This role involves meeting guest needs and providing support to colleagues across various departments when necessary.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong computer skills and excellent administrative abilities.
• Passion for the hospitality industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English (in person and via phone).
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent people skills.
• Ability to maintain professional relationships across all departments, cultures, and religions.
• Comfort in interacting with distinguished clientele.
• Well-presented with a friendly, helpful, and outgoing demeanor.
• Natural warmth, punctuality, self-discipline, and attention to detail.
