    Warehouse Administrator M/F

    Essential duties and responsibilities:

    • Assist in the physical verification of stock and ensure adherence to FIFO (First In, First Out) control procedures.
    • Confirm transfer orders in SAP to ensure accurate clearing of bins and alignment with SAP delivery notes.
    • Validate sales orders, purchase orders (P.O.s), Bill of Entry (BOE), and packing requirements with Sales and Customers to ensure all specifications are met.
    • Organize and maintain a filing system for all daily delivery notes, ensuring they are accurately filed against the respective customer bins.
    • Process product returns within 48 hours in SAP and communicate any issues or updates to the Team Leader and GAP (Goods Allocation Process).
    • Be available to work overtime as needed to meet customer demands and contribute to continuous customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure that bins 923 and 200 are cleared at the end of each shift to maintain efficient operations.
    • Execute transaction VL060 to generate a daily list of outbound delivery documents, ensuring all special delivery instructions and addresses are followed.
    • Help prepare for stock takes and actively participate in regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Oversee and ensure that daily housekeeping is performed according to 5S principles by all team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. 

    Profil Request :

    Experiential and Educational requirements:

    • Minimum of Matric / Grade 12
    • Higher Certificate  in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations
    • Relevant diploma (in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations
    • Basic Computer Skills, MS Office, and SAP 
    • 2-3 years related experience.  
    • Forklift/Reach Truck Operator License ( Advantageous)

    Road Transport Manager M/F

    Technical Pre-requisite:

    • Deep technical knowledge of vehicles and car carrier types.
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of PBS, RTMS, Road Traffic and Transport Legislation (NRTA 93 of 1996).
    • Import and export experience, including SARS and customs knowledge (minimum 5 years).
    • Basic forex and hedging knowledge.
    • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, including NLTA 5 of 2009, OHSA 85 of 1993, Employee and Industrial Relations knowledge.
    • Business and commercial acumen, including knowledge of financial management and management accounting.
    • Knowledge of tracking and risk management systems (Tracker and drive cams) (advantageous).
    • Supply chain management skills with relevant logistics, commercial and operations knowledge.
    • Understanding of the upstream and downstream aspects of business processes from a customer and supplier perspective.
    • Process and LEAN mindset to optimize efficiencies.
    • Intermediate project management and negotiation skills.
    • Relevant systems knowledge, including sound knowledge of the full MS Office suite with intermediate Excel.
    • SAP VMS (Vehicle Management System) experience is advantageous.

    • 3+ years cross-border logistics and transport experience
    • RTMS experience is essential.
    • Must have a valid Code B Driver’s license as a minimum.

    Accounts Supervisor M/F

    Key Performance Areas:

    • To perform this job successfully, the appointed individual must be able to perform each key performance area satisfactorily.
    • This list of key performance areas is not exhaustive and may be changed to accommodate business needs from time to time:
    • Overall supervision to ensure administrative tasks related to all documentation of the Toyota Material Handling debtors and ensure that business operations/documents are completed correctly and timeously: accurate supervision of all finance documentation and timeous submission thereof to Toyota Material Handling debtors, managing, analysis of, reconciling, reporting and collection of all Toyota Material Handling debtors’ accounts.
    • Overall supervisory responsibility to ensure all administrative functions regarding debt collection and Toyota Material Handling debtor’s reconciliations are in place, assisting with queries and facilitating the resolving of all Toyota Material Handling debtors’ queries.
    • Overall supervisory responsibility to accurately and timeously prepare and distribute scheduled (monthly, weekly and daily) and ad-hoc reports as might be requested by department manager and / or national, e.g.: weekly reports on outstanding/overdue accounts, stop supply, etc.
    • Facilitating Toyota Material Handling debtors’ complaints and queries; foster and maintain dedication to service excellence in every aspect of work carried out; ensure timeous feedback / communication to Toyota Material Handling debtors
    • Ensure that all aspects relating to Toyota Material Handling debtors, function as an efficient resource for the company by continuously evaluating and monitoring quality and accuracy of work, implementing and driving Investors In People in line with company strategic objectives, ensure effective inter-departmental and internal communication
    • Initiate and facilitate weekly individual feedback meetings with managers on disputes/queries; report submitted monthly to management.
    • Assist Accounts Administrators with debit order changes / updates and assist with reconciliation of accounts
    • Check and approve credit applications (new customers)
    • Establish and maintain good customer relations and assist with difficult accounts by attending meetings with customers
    • Supervision to ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of supplier recons for payment, ensuring that payments to suppliers are verified and collaborated against orders in the system, and the reconciliation between the balance per the system and the statement is correct
    • Supervision to ensure that supplier queries and disputes are resolved by communicating with suppliers regularly and providing them with supporting documentation as requested i.e. remittances, proof of payment etc. Continued dedication to supplier satisfaction and service excellence will be key
    • Supervision to ensure that accurate recordkeeping and filing of all creditor recons and correspondence

    Requested Profile :

    Experiential and Educational Requirements

    • Tertiary Qualification and/or relevant payroll-related qualification is essential.
    • 10 years relevant experience of which at least 5 must be in a managerial role.
    • Advanced Payroll Tax knowledge and experience in monthly and bi-annual submissions, tax issues and queries are essential.
    • Solid financial acumen and knowledge of SAP Accounting software.
    • Employment equity knowledge and experience.
    • Extensive knowledge of Sage 300 People Payroll software and all its different modules including ESS is essential.
    • Must be a certified Sage 300 People Consultant.
    • Advanced MS Office, particularly Advanced Excel is essential.
    • In- depth working knowledge of relevant tax legislation, employment conditions. Bargaining councils and other relevant legislation.
    • Experience in dealing with Expats Payroll
    • Experience and excellent knowledge in PAYE, SDL, UIF, WCA & RMA is essential.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of payroll processing, procedures, and controls, including the streamlining and automation of processes

    • Dealing with Auditors: Internal, External, Department of Labour and Bargaining councils.
