    Projects Workshop Manager

    Requirements:

    • Mechanical engineering diploma with minimum 3 years workshop management experience.
    • Minimum requirements: Trade tested toolmaker / boilermaker /fitter & Turner or millwright with MINIMUM 5 years work experience.
    • At least 3 years workshop management experience.
    • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications, interpret, plan and manufacture accordingly.
    • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (a 3rd language would be advantageous).

    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

    Stock Controller - Somerset West

    STOCK CONTROL

    • Daily / Weekly / Monthly stock takes on raw materials
    • Making sure that items are correct on Quickbooks
    • When substituting (out of stock items) change design and keep track of changes
    • Keep Stock of items in Storage Unit (own transport and a valid driver’s license a plus - storage unit is situated 1km from factory)
    • Monthly stock takes on Finished Goods

    ADMINISTRATION

    • Calculating average monthly usage of raw materials
    • Daily Capturing of Production
    • Typing of Invoices
    • Create Suggested Orders to suppliers in China / Brazil / India etc. to be signed off by MD
    • Receive stock and bring into system
    • Place packaging / production material orders with local suppliers

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Strong IT Skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
    • Quickbooks Preferable but working with BILL OF MATERIALS essential and non-negotiable

    Temporary Compliance Officer - Somerset West

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    AML Reviews:

    • Undertaking periodic client risk and file reviews in accordance with the Companies policies and procedures
    • Logging actions as and when required
    • Completing 3 or 4 per day

    Sanction Screening:

    • Assisting in the screening of New Clients
    • Run regular screening against a known list of clients
    • Screening alerts on a weekly basis to be completed within 48 hours
    • Themis Screening

    CMP Testing:

    • Completing testing as per the compliance monitoring programme
    • Logging findings
    • Completing one per week as and when they are due

    Terms of Business Reviews:

    • Undertaking periodic file reviews in accordance with the companies policies and procedures
    • Completing 1 per week

    Other Duties:

    • Completing any other duties as and when required to drive business success

    Bookkeeper - Blackheath

    Quality Manager (Manufacturing)

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Designing and implementing the framework and methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipment
    • Ensuring that products adhere to quality standards
    • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data
