    Parts Clerk (Pomona - JHB East Rand)

    Description

    • Control the receipt and dispatch of stock and other administration duties at branch

    Requirements

    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

    • Grade 12

    REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

    • 1 year relevant experience

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

    • Manage receipt and dispatch documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
    • Capture and maintain data within our system, including Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
    • Extract and compare reports, rectifying any discrepancies to ensure completeness.
    • Handle telephone enquiries.
    • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
    • Perform general administrative tasks, supporting the branch as needed.

    TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES          

    • Computer literacy (MS Office)

    Regional Marketer (Construction and Forestry) (Middelburg)

    Description

    • Represent AFGRI Equipment by marketing and selling its construction and forestry equipment by visiting Mines, rental and construction companies, analyzing their needs, introducing products, and follow through on all sales.

    Requirements

    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

    • Grade 12
    • Relevant Sales or Marketing qualification
    • Valid driver’s license

    REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE          

    • 3 years business, sales and marketing experience
    • Proven sales results in top 5 OEM
    • Experience in the marketing of construction and forestry equipment

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

    • Manage the marketing function
    • Procurement and stock control
    • Marketing of John Deere Construction and Forestry Equipment
    • Administration
    • Reporting

    TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES          

    • Able to conclude good business transactions
    • Technical knowledge of construction and forestry equipment
    • Good understanding of the C&F industry
    • Good verbal and communication skills
    • Strong client service exposure.
