    AP Clerk: Rent & Utilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage rentals creditors’ payments
    • Check incoming invoices against contract (SAP RE) and address discrepancies
    • Attending to landlord and municipal queries
    • Perform landlord and municipal reconciliations

    Module Leader - (Cotton Traders)

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify Training required to develop multi-skilled Production lines. 
    • Attend pre-production meetings
    • Ensure line is set according to the line balancing sheet
    • Check supervisor line balancing to ensure the full utilisation of staff 
    • Manage 6-8 supervisors & oversee production lines 
    • Ensure downtime is kept to a minimum by immediate intervention 
    • Knowledge of planning, work study, quality and equipment maintenance 
    • Ensure deliveries are in full and on time
    • Discipline-Take appropriate action for non-performing supervisors 
    • Ensure general discipline is maintained according to the company rules and regulations 

    Requirements 

    • Textile Manufacturing experience (1-3 years in a supervisory role) 
    • Process and operations knowledge good contactable references 
    • Supervisory/ production management experience 
    • Clear criminal record Computer literate 
    • Grade 12 (Advantageous)
    • Drivers Licence Code 10 Advantageous
