• Fresh Graduates Welcome: If you’ve recently earned your Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering within the last two years, this role is designed just for you. We value your fresh perspective and enthusiasm, not extensive work experience.
• Passion Over Experience: While no work experience is required, we’re looking for individuals who are passionate about shaping processes and plants for exceptional performance. Your drive and academic excellence (65% or higher) will set you apart in our dynamic team.
• Communication & Tech Savvy: With a good command of written and spoken English and basic computer literacy (especially in MS Office applications), you’ll be ready to effectively interact and communicate with colleagues, contributing to impactful projects from day one.
