    HSEQ Systems & Performance Specialist (Supply Chain)

    What you'll have done before

    Baseline

    • NQF Level 7 (Degree in IT/ Engineering/Science/ Business)
    • 5 years' experience in Systems Development/ IT with 2 years in HSEQ
    • Experience in dealing with management at Senior level

    Advantageous

    • Information & Knowledge Management Systems
    • Relevant SAP Knowledge
    • Knowledge of HSEQ processes & standards
    • Information Systems/ Knowledge Management experience

    What you'll be doing

    HSEQ INFORMATION SYSTEM

    • Development, operationalization and maintenance of HSEQ Information systems, ensuring automation and simplification to enable effective and efficient implementation of HSEQ projects and initiatives

    INCIDENT MANAGEMENT

    • Incident management support and execution, primarily through efficient consolidation and facilitation of communication for HSEQ incident reporting requirements as per shareholder requirements

    DOCUMENT & SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

    • HSEQ Document and management system framework maintenance for the group for it to comply to Petronas standards

    DATA SUPPORT

    • HSEQ data and information management support, with a primary focus on continued process simplification to improve efficiency in order to meet the standards required

    BUSINESS PLANNING SUPPORT

    • Enable HSEQ business planning within specified timeframes as a key enabler to Engen Strategic Planning to target limit setting for Engen group

    What You'll done before

    Baseline:

    • NQF Level 6 (Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Finance/ Supply Chain or related)
    • 5 years of Procurement experience including procure-to-pay processes.
    • Knowledge of Procurement processes, systems and policies
    • Experience in Procurement buying and Procurement SAP System

    Advantageous:

    • CIPS Certificate.

    What you’ll be doing

    PROCURE TO PAY MANAGEMENT

    • Execute procure-to-pay processes less than or equal to R3M by implement transactional sourcing and supporting the supplier’s selection process and quotations and support the negotiation process for transactional sourcing to ensure delivery of business needs.
    • Approval of RFQ/RFP/RFI aligned to LOA.

    NON-STRATEGIC SOURCING CATEGORIES SUPPORT

    • Perform non-strategic sourcing categories through preparation of documents (RFI, RFQ, RFP) and perform bidding process and create & manage contracts to ensure delivery of business needs

    PROCUREMENT COMPLIANCE

    • Monitor process and compliance for transactional PO’s and contracts through management of contract compliance including ownership of open and post facto purchase orders and performing procurement processes to ensure PO' s are complete for execution.

    DATA MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING

    • Manage data and provide accurate information and reports through analyzing and reporting on all procurement transactions to ensure performance and delivery against set targets and to ensure data integrity.
