    PA/ Administrator- Noordwyk, Midrand

    • A vacancy has avail itself for a PA / Branch Administrator in Midrand Noordwyk reporting to the Branch Manager, the overall purpose of this position is to provide administrative / secretarial support to the Branch Manager.

    Key areas of responsibility will include:

    • Sorting of correspondence and proper filing of all office documents.
    • Answering the telephone, screening calls and taking messages.
    • Organizing travel arrangements i.e., flights bookings, accommodation and transport arrangements as and when required.
    • Diary management - coordinating of meetings.
    • Drawing up of various operational reports.
    • Preparing information for financial reporting – Moss / GL Accounts.
    • Prepare Power point presentations.
    • Ordering and monitoring of stationary for the office.
    • Assisting in queries and other delegated tasks.
    • Adherence to the POPI ACT.
    • Processing of Payroll orders
    • Ad hoc calls to Clients on service levels.
    • Dealing with Client complaints.
    • Resolve pay queries escalated to Senior Management.
    • Load bonuses / allowances / salary deductions
    • Process leave / sick leave / unpaid leave / maternity leaves etc.

    Qualifications, experience and other competencies required:

    • Administration / Secretarial qualification
    • At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position
    • Knowledge of the SAP and payroll systems are beneficial.
    • Computer literacy – Excel (advance), Word, Power Point and Outlook
    • Experience working in the Security Industry will be a major advantage.
    • Knowledge of Purchase orders, Cappex, Invoices & quotation advantage
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diplomacy and tact and ability to interact effectively at all levels.
    • Should be able to work independently, proactively and use initiative.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Accuracy and high methodical working methods are required.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle office matters with utmost professionalism.
    • Exposure or experience in a previous senior admin position would be an advantage.
    • Clear criminal record.
    • Willing to work extended hours when required

    Residential Sales Consultant - Garsfontein X3

    Reporting to:  Sales Manager

    PURPOSE: To effectively quote and sign up potential clients requiring the services of ADT Security.

    Main purpose of job:  

    • Source and sell armed monitoring and armed response agreements to potential new customers 
    • Source and sell new and alarm system upgrades, additions to alarm systems, CCTV systems, electric fences to potential customers 
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new customers and hardware sales 

    Qualification & experience: 

    • Previous sales experience, with proven track record in sales preferably capital goods sales (not FMCG) 
    • Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC alarm systems is advantageous 
    • Matric or equivalent 

    Job requirements & other attributes:

    • Excellent communication (written & verbal), presentation and negotiation skills

    Duties:  

    • Generate and close self-sourced deals 
    • Follow up on all leads received internally and via telesales  
    • Sell security solutions to new and existing clients 
    • Create solid & long-standing relationships with estate agents, builders, architects etc. 
    • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting 
    • Motivated to achieve and exceed sale targets 
    • Maintain all administrative duties pertaining to sales

    • Maintain a high standard of relationship with existing Estate clients 
    • Ensure that all leads and quotes are followed up on time
