    Head Of Finance Renewable Energy

    • You’ll oversee the financial health and strategy of a diverse portfolio of companies and partnerships within the African renewable energy sector.
    • Your role involves ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records, developing and implementing financial policies and frameworks, and managing cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.
    • You’ll also be responsible for tax compliance, risk management, and structuring the group’s operations efficiently, considering local and international financial regulations.     What you’ll need

    • You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with being a qualified CA (SA)) or equivalent professional certification (CPA, CFA). We’re ideally looking for someone with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector.
    • This will be coupled with a strong understanding of structured finance and project finance, which is essential. Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools, along with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, will enable you to excel in this role.

    Executive PA to CEO / Office Manager

    • You’re an experienced Executive PA with a knack for organisation and time management.     • They have beautiful offices in the heart of Cape Town, this is a full time office role. While the standard working hours are 8am to 5pm, as this is an Assistant to the CEO, there will be matters to handle after hours.
    • This is a fast paced environment which can also be described as a mix between entrepreneurial and corporate.
    • We’re looking for someone that is agile in nature and will fit in well with a company that is still putting systems and processes together and is a changing environment that isn’t cast in stone.

    • Exceptional spoken and written English, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end customer process are essential. You must have an understanding of PPA’s and Rent to Own Modules.
    • The role requires independent work, frequent travel within the region, and a valid driver’s license.
