    Service Advisor - Northam

    Requirements:

    • Matric Certificate     
    • Drivers license    
    • Experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor 
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Strong administration skills, systematic and client centric

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the efficiency and utilization of technicians
    • Ensuring successful distribution of job cards through the workshop
    • Working with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless service for customers
    • Scheduling work to meet customer needs, taking into account workshop targets, the complexity of each job and the availability of parts
    • Operate the workshop loading system, allocating jobs to the Technicians who are most suitable
    • All related administration to be completed to an accurate standard.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Job Functions and Duties:

    • Submit daily cashflow
    • Daily Bank recon
    • Managing debtors book – debtors clerk in place but manage the 60+ days accounts
    • Managing creditors book – creditors clerk in place
    • Manage daily cash outstanding reports
    • Verifying and releasing daily payments.
    • Manage warranties – Warranties processed by junior accountant – monitor any claim that goes over 30 days.
    • Fleet claims – Reconcile monthly to ensure OEM payments are processed and cleared.
    • Salary journal once a month
    • Balance sheet reconciliations – an essential part of the job function to ensure balance sheet accounts have no item older than 30 days.

    • Monthly Sewells submission
