    Services Key Account Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a Services Key Account Manager. The candidate will report directly to the Services Director. The Service Key Account Manager will be the main interface for key customer accounts on the services business and all technical matters including, quality and apply value selling to grow the service business in a profitable way, based on deep knowledge of customer operations and needs.

    What you will do

    • Manage customer relationship from a service perspective through a structured communication approach
    • Understand customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis
    • Create, implement and follow-up service account plans in alignment with customer and account team
    • Create, implement and follow-up quality plans per account in line with customer and account team
    • Identify sales opportunities, create solution and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals and drive growth of profitable service contracts
    • Manage internal interfaces and customer to assure efficient delivery of service and quality account plans
    • Support resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communication with customer and issue driver

    We believe you have

    • Qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar
    • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role in the Food Processing or Food Packaging industry.
    • Knowledge of specialized Tetra Pak processing and packaging machinery would be advantageous
    • Customer relationship management experience
    • Customer focus  
    • Experience in value-add selling of product offerings
    • Proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel etc.
    • SAP knowledge an advantage
    • Willing and able to travel when necessary (both nationally & internationally)

    Senior Buyer

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for supplier management for base/preferred suppliers. Request For Quotation (RFQ), negotiation, contract mgmt. Analysis of suppliers, competition, benchmark, spend etc. Responsible for supplier management in line with strategy, process and KPIs for assigned suppliers.

    What you will do

    • Identify suppliers, drive sourcing and contacting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies
    • Drives compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the procurement process. Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
    • Participates in target setting, follow up and corrective action
    • Ensures correct usage of relevant tools
    • Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner
    • Shares good practices and facilitate networking on site
    • Supplier Performance Evaluation: Monitor supplier performance, including delivery performance, quality of goods, and adherence to contractual obligations. Address any performance issues and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions.

    We believe you have

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (at least 5 years) as a buyer or procurement professional in a manufacturing or industrial environment and Corporate Services
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
    • Solid understanding of supplier management principles and best practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in using  SAP and ARIBA
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

    Service Delivery Quality Manager

    Job Summary

    • Tetra Pak has an opening for a Service Delivery Quality Manager who will lead CSO team in Africa to enhance a quality delivery of services by implementing CI (TPM) through data driven decision making and lessons learned processes. 

    What you will do

    • Lead CSO team in Africa to enhance a quality delivery of services by implementing CI (TPM) through data driven decision making and lessons learned processes. 
    • Lead services quality continuous improvement of CSO delivered activities, through data driven approach, e.g.: actions plan, root cause analysis, lessons learned and best practices to replicate success. 
    • Drive field force standardization on evaluation and implementation of delivered services (e.g. 6 steps, first time right, PSM approach, Maintenance Work Order to Feedback, Performance after MRK/SK installation, training, vertical start up after maintenance and equipment installation up to performance validation, Parts and WCM delivery, etc.) to maximize Quality, Productivity and customer positive experience.
    • Provide improvement recommendations to CSO field force related to Tetra Pak installed base performance at key customers under service agreements, contributing to the overall services results and customer experience. 
    • Follow up on CX for Services and additional customer feedback data, (e.g. Issue Resolution, maintenance, Installations, etc.) that will help translate customer needs into quality standards that will support raise the overall quality. 
    • Drive the Quality maturity development and transformation among CSO stakeholders, including Service Delivery Engineer and Flex Zone 
    • Lead customized initiatives at key customers that will have an impact on quality of services. (e.g. Execution assessments, customized services quality evaluation, etc.). 

    We believe you have

    • Bachelors or Master's Degree or equivalent
    • 5 year's experience in Quality Management (focus on PSM) and Project Management on Tetra Pak products and services.
    • knowledge & experience in Change Management, Project Management, Collaboration, quality methodologies and tools.
    • Result orientation
    • Able to Drive actions to improve quality maturity
    • Able to Drive continuous improvement actions
    • Able to Participate to Quality Governance
    • Able to Follow-up on deployment of quality plan
    • Able to Deploy group quality methodologies and tools e.g. PSM, WCM6. Lead/support issue resolution activities
    • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
    • Knowledge in French & Arabic are an added value.
