Rand Water is looking for candidate to assist the Artisan with maintenance and repairating of Rand Water 's vehicles, plant and eguipment throughout Rand Water 's area of distribution

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12
• Code EC Driver's license with PrDP
• 6 Months of experience in a similar enviroment
• Ability to assist artisan with minor repairs
• Knowledge of basic mechanical concepts

Primary Duties    

• To assist the Artisan with maintenance and repairating of Rand Water 's vehicles, plant and eguipment throughot Rand Water 's area of distribution
• Cleaning of the workshop , work sites and Equipment

Knowledge    

• Maintenance knowledge
• Knowledge of Mechanical concepts

Skills    

• Communication skills
• Able to assist with minor repairs

Attitude    

• Customer Service orientation
• Performance driven

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12 or N3
• 2 year experience in a mechanical workshop environment
• Ability to do minor services & repairs
• Safety & safe working procedures
• Code C1 driver's license could be an added advantage

Primary Duties    

• To assist with maintenance and repairs on fleet assets
• Cleaning of workshop, work sites & equipment
• Standby duties

Knowledge    

• General maintenance
• Safety knowledge
• Knowledge of basic concepts relevant to the job

Skills    

• Ability to do minor meachanical repairs
