    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Attending to phone calls
    • Customer service
    • Calendar management
    • Greeting visitors
    • Front desk operations
    • Administration support
    • Pre-store opening tasks

    Skills Trainer

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conduct training sessions on preparation of foods as per our Standard Operating Procedures
    • Support, mentor, and upskill trainees and new employees
    • Promote efficiency and improve skills of employees
    • Keep attendance ,training records and registers
    • Monitor employees performance and response to training
    • Conduct performance evaluations and identify areas of improvement
    • Provide daily updates on training areas done daily in-stores
    • Work within a team and drive the restaurant forward
    • Assist in New Store openings – supporting the teams through constant mentoring and coaching
    • Assist the Training Department with Adhoc Training tasks and projects within Pedros
    • Doing presentations to the target audience for all Pedros Training Modules and SOP’s

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in the Restaurant and Fast Food Service or related industry 
    • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Griller
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Organisational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Be prepared to go the extra mile
    • Must be computer literate and must be able to write professional reports from time to time
    • Must have own mobile phone
    • Live centrally in Cape Town

    Senior Store Manager - Soweto

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Overseeing overall operation of the restaurant/ take-away
    • Ensuring quality standards of food and PEDROS Standard Operating Procedures are maintained.
    • Overseeing and managing stock control, purchasing and orders
    • Dealing with customer complaints and maintaining customer service levels of the restaurant/ take-away.
    • Maximising profitability and meeting sales and GP% targets, including motivating staff
    • Managing staff including discipline and work rosters.
    • Work within a team and drive the restaurant/take-away forward
    • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Restaurant and Fast-Food Service experience. Minimum 3-years related experience required.
    • GAAP/ MICROS experience and knowledge
    • Management skills
    • Organizational skills
    • Customer Service and good verbal communication skills
    • Problem-solving skills
