Purpose of the Job

Job Objectives   

• Structuring of system strategy such as the development of systems requirements through the design, prototyping, testing, training, defining, and implementation of procedures for support of practical business solutions.
• Customizing the respective business area and making sure the system reacts in the manner according to the constraints of the request.
• To provide support to the junior members of the team as well as users of the SAP System.

Qualifications     

• IT related qualification

Experience         

• 5 years + as a Functional Analyst
• Experience in Retail Master Data including:
• Article Master and Pricat
• Layout Modules, Listing, Assortments and Rackjobber
• Vendor, Customer
• Organizational structures
• Article and Merchandise hierarchy
• Sites and Site groups
• Exposure to SAP In - store solutions (MIM; MIM - Mobile; FIORI)
• Knowledge and Skills  SAP - Retail Domain
• Creating and changing Functional specifications
• Implementation of SAP's HANA model
• Integrating SAP and Non SAP systems

Responsibilities :

• To implement and maintain Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
• Resolve Incidents and fulfil Service Requests using a service management ticket queue and Change Management processes
• Install and configure Windows Based Desktop systems hardware and software
• Install and configure Windows Based Embedded POS systems hardware and software
• Assist in the design, development, implementation, testing and/or modification of computing systems, Operating Systems and associated software
• Interact and collaborate with other internal IT technical teams or external vendors in resolution or restoration of service as necessary
• To administer a Microsoft Active Directory Domain and core Microsoft Windows roles and features such as: Group Policy and DNS
• Resolve incidents and fulfil service requests using a service management ticket queue and change management processes
• Create, manage and troubleshoot Active Directory Group Policies to configure all systems and images
• Perform general system administration duties in DNS such as creation and amended to entries
• To assist with the administration of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Administer application updates for Windows systems through the creation of customised SCCM collections, packages and advertisements
• Resolve SCCM client issues in test and production environments
• To configure and manage operating system deployments (OSD)
• Configure and manage operating system deployments (OSD) across the LAN
• Create images utilising technologies such as; Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), Windows Deployment Services (WDS) and Pre-Boot Execution Environment (PXE)
• Intermediate knowledge of VBScript, PowerShell
• Experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
• Ability to design, implement, test and deploy desktop solutions in one or more of the following domains: Application Packaging; Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Windows Deployment Service

Qualifications & Knowledge

• 3-5 years Industry Certification: MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer): Infrastructure Engineer
• 3-5 year Industry Certification: Administering and Deploying System Centre 2012 Configuration Manager
• 5-10 years Industry Certification: MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer): Desktop Infrastructure
• 5-10 years Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows Operations Systems
• 3-5 years Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services
• 3-5 years Experience with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
• 3-5 years Experience with Operating System Deployments (OSD)
• 3-5 years Proven history of incident response, diagnostic activities, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective Action Plans, and advance troubleshooting
• 3-5 years Experience in documenting environment and processes
• 5-10 years Understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating System fundamentals and concepts
• 3-5 years Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and it components (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy etc) fundamentals and concepts
• 3-5 years Understanding of Active Directory users and groups administration
• 3-5 years Understanding of Active Directory Group Policies
• 3-5 years Understanding of common application installation types (EXE, MSI, etc.)
• 3-5 years Understanding of SCCM sites, site roles, site component configuration: including Primary and Secondary sites, Distribution
• Points, Pull Distribution Points, discovery, boundaries, Application Catalog, and client policy

Purpose of the Job           
Responsible for the design, creation and testing of medium to complex applications, according to specifications and in accordance with agreed standards within the IT Money Market Financial Services Department.

Job Objectives   

• Design, develop and implement efficient and effective solutions by creating well-engineered business applications for multiple channels in Money Market
• Support and maintain existing solutions and front end systems
• Design, develop and implement high volume transactional and batch solutions that form part of the financial services product offering
• Integration of new software and systems into existing environment
• Coaching and mentoring of junior members of the team

Qualifications     

• 3 year Degree/Diploma in Information Technology - Desirable
• Experience Essential:
• Experience as Analyst Developer (3-5 years) OR
• Experience as an Application Developer/Programmer (4-6 years)
• 5-8 years .Net development experience

 
Desirable:

• Experience in the required tasks in a financial or retail environment
• Knowledge and Skills

• Systems Analysis (2 years)
• Design (3 years)
• Development (.Net C# ; Angular) (7 years)
