    Project Manager

    Job Description:

    • Ensure efficient end to end implementation of projects according to Project Management Process.
    • Collate requirements for project and define project scope, dependencies and key success factors.
    • Develop project plan and schedules with well defined milestones.
    • Draw up detailed day-to-day project reporting and tracker on open projects.
    • Accurate, regular and adhoc project reporting to stakeholders.
    • Effective management of project deliverables, action items, risks, issues and concerns accompanied by escalations when required.
    • Engage professionally with senior management, internal and external stakeholders.
    • Supplier/contractor management to ensure SLA is met on all projects.
    • Equipment ordering, tracking and stock reporting.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • University degree or diploma in IT/Engineering
    • Project Management qualification (PRINCE 2 or PMP, diploma in PM) - essential
    • 3 years + of proven Project Management experience managing multidisciplinary projects within the Telecoms/IT space (Microwave & Fibre roll outs) - essential
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - essential
    • Strong understanding of general Telecom principles; RF/wireless understanding (desirable)
    • Good communication, collaboration and team orientation
    • Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to prioritise work efficiently as well as multitask
    • Must have a high drive orientation and be goal driven
    • Must prioritise customer needs at all times

    Network Assurance Engineer

    Purpose:

    The role of the Network Assurance Engineer is to provide high level, high-quality assurance role to cooperate clients. Support all technical aspects of a Converged Network infrastructure, including IP networking, WAN connectivity, Telco related problems, Router configurations, Firewalls, DNS, servers, ICP/IP, MPLS, QoS at an escalation level. 

    Responsibilities:

    • To provide a high level, high quality service assurance role to corporate clients, in the Client Services Operations Centre [CSOC].
    • Support all technical aspects of a Converged Network infrastructure, including IP networking, WAN connectivity, Telco related problems, Router configurations, Firewalls, DNS, servers, ICP/IP, MPLS, QoS and GSM related products.
    • Manage and respond to all reported network events – internally and externally.
    • Reporting of all incidents to relevant parties/vendors.
    • Liaising with Customers on all network events and fault resolutions.
    • Fault Management update on Siebel CRM; complete understanding of Incident/Problem/Change Management practices.
    • Cross collaboration with all levels within the Organization.
    • Must be willing to work shifts.

    Minimum requirements

    • Grade 12 and a valid CCNP(Essential) Cisco certification essential – verified, SD WAN certifications essential
    • At least 3-5 years’ experience of which 3 years must be within a complex IP Routing and switching environment of which 2 years with service provider focus.

    Security Specialist

    Role responsibilities and key focus areas:

    • To provide a high level, high quality service assurance role to the Business' corporate clients, in the Customer Services Operations Centre
    • Support Hosting technical aspects of a Converged Network infrastructure, including Perimeter Firewall services
    • Reporting of all incidents to relevant parties
    • Liaising with Client on all Security related events and fault resolutions
    • Fault Management update on Siebel SRM
    • Client update and follow up until incident closure: Complete understanding of ITIL practices
    • Cross collaboration with all levels within the Organization

    Technical Skills and experience:

    • Must have technical / professional qualifications:
    • A relevant IT diploma or B Degree in Information Technology Technical Engineering in Computer Science (essential)
    • Fortinet – NSE4 certification
    • NSE7 Advantageous
    • At least 5-7 years’ experience of which 3 years must be within a complex IP Routing and switching environment of which 2 years with service provider focused on the Security discipline
