    Executive Assistant to CEO

    Main Responsibilities

    • Provide general administrative support to the CEO 
    • Assist with a variety of office projects and processes.
    • Liaise with all teams on behalf of the CEO
    • Coordination of digital diaries for CEO & Executive Team
    • Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
    • Making International & domestic travel arrangements for the Executive Team
    • Co-ordinate all International visitors' SA travel arrangements, their diaries & accommodation.
    • Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation
    • Compile the monthly GM report for Paris
    • Organising meetings and booking internal and external meeting rooms
    • Checking and approving all credit cards for the CEO and the CEO's direct reports
    • Approving expenses on Work Day for CEO direct reports.
    • Ensuring the retailer salary invoices are in line with our Blue Print
    • Planning the company conference, social & office events.
    • Writing and posting articles on Clarins Inside
    • Oversee the collection of CSR data from the different departments. 
    • Upload the data collected and supporting documents onto the Global CSR platform.
    • Attend the CSR Global meetings online in Teams regarding the CSR collection and updates and inform the CEO of any changes.
    • New employee CSR induction
    • Prepare the CSR Strategy up to 2025. 
    • Point of contact for B-Corp.
    • Arrange the following events that fall within the CSR bracket:
    • Earth Day
    • Wellness Day (with Discovery Medical Aid)
    • Mandela Day (with Save the Children)
    • Woman's Day
    • Heritage Day

    Candidate Profile:

    Education & experience:

    • PA Diploma/Certificate
    • At Least 5 years PA experience, of which at least two years working with staff at director/executive level.

    Computer Skills:

    • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particular skills needed on Excel & PowerPoint

    National Trainer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    Training

    • Implement training for the conclusive modular offering for all Beauty Therapists and Beauty Coaches according to the standards set by the Training Manager
    • Ensure uniformity of trainings in all regions nationally
    • Compiling and updating training manuals/materials
    • Assist the Training Manager to plan, prepare and conduct meetings and product updates
    • Animate all launches with digitalisation, initiative, interactivity and theatre.
    • Show a sense of creativity in presentation methods
    • Effectively control training rooms and the standard thereofBe involved in the set-up for launches, trainings, conferences etc.
    • Ability to travel to nationally and internationally when required
    • In-field training and Salon/Spa Training to uphold product and Company standards
    • Be adept in all Training modules and salon Training and update the content as and when required
    • Work together with the Sales Team to ensure regular attendance so that all training modules are completed within said time frames
    • Support the PR team for all high-profile events and workshops (may include weekends or evenings)
    • Build strong professional relationships with Beauty Therapists, Salon Owners Beauty Coaches and Retailers
    • Provide support to the Training Manager as required

    Organisation

    • Responsible for all travel arrangements timeously in line with the training calendar
    • Ensure all training material is at the venue for each training module
    • Ensure all training modules are packed together with gifting for all trainings

    Budget

    • Monthly credit card allocation
    • Timeous submission of all expenses to Finance department

    Adminstration

    • Regular communication is required with the Area Managers to improve service levels in-stores and in salons
    • Regular monitoring of sales figures to maximize training focus and in-store and salon support
    • Ensure that effective reporting is done after each trade and salon visit to measure the confidence and correct execution of each activity
    • Ordering of all Beauty Therapist and Beauty Coach gifting for training
    • Packing of all training material for salon and modular training
    • Manage training room stock levels and ordering of testers and disposables

    • Identifies own development need by analysing current capability vs future requirements and takes responsibility to ensure said development needs are addressed.

    Candidate Profile:

    Education & experience:

    • A recognised Beauty Therapy Diploma with CIDESCO or ITEC
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Training background (preferable, but not essential)
    • Willingness to travel and able to work independently
    • Retail understanding and cosmetic skills, including excellent make-up application
    • Exceptional planning and organizational skills
    • Target driven and solution focused
    • Approachable and dependable (time management is critical)
    • Creative and innovative, high energy
    • Must be able to cope with pressure and deadlines

    Computer Skills:

    • Computer literate with strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
    • Have a sound digital understanding
