    Amazon Retail Media Strategy Lead

    Job Description

    • As a Retail Media Director, you will be an important contributor in leading media strategy and team development. Your main responsibilities will include management and growth of a portfolio of accounts, driving business conversations with clients, and developing successful Retail Media strategies through cross-disciplinary collaboration. Success in this position requires the ability to tell stories from data, the ability to function in a team-focused environment, and the willingness to exemplify Jellyfish's core values (be accountable, be positive, be passionate, be the solution). You'll be reporting to the Senior Director Paid Media, Regional lead.

    Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Oversee a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth
    • Build strong client relationships and understand their business goals
    • Create and deliver large-scale, data-driven strategies for clients
    • Project manage initiatives within the media plan
    • Create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights
    • Collaborate with Business Development to create innovative strategies for prospective clients
    • Align with leaders across the business to create best practices, develop processes, and promote knowledge-sharing
    • Mentor and educate junior staff to enhance platform expertise, client performance, and individual's ongoing personal development
    • Use a sales CRM to manage the sales pipeline and record information on prospects.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in overseeing the management and success of a large client portfolio
    • Demonstrated expertise of retail media advertising sponsored ads and DSP platforms
    • Experience working with Vendor & Seller Central, Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and 3rd party bid management platforms such as Skai or Pacvue
    • Familiarity with demonstrating a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands
    • Experience managing media budgets over $1 million dollars while hitting/outperforming KPIs
    • Full funnel media planning experience taking into account several ad formats, audiences, and seasonal periods
    • Experience with the retail industry
    • Experience managing a team
    • Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) /Google Sheets

    SEA Senior Manager

    Job Description

    • Reporting to the Senior Paid Search Director you will create impact within our Paid Search team and Global Paid Media capability. At Jellyfish, the Paid Media department consists of team members with expertise in implementing all forms of Paid Search.

    Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Manage a portfolio of clients with varied performance goals with a focus on the retail sector
    • Execute campaigns, including setup, monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis, while managing relationships with ad networks.
    • Manage the production and presentation of client-facing reports, studies and presentations to Jellyfish brand standards
    • Provide guidance and recommendations to paid media practitioners to exceed client expectations and implement comprehensive PPC strategies tailored to each client
    • You will support and collaborate with local and international teams, leveraging Data, Tech, Creative departments.
    • Achieve continuous improvement by assessing Jellyfish's working relationships, practices and methods
    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Jellyfish's marketplace and the digital landscape, with emphasis on all new formats, technical solutions, and projects.
    • Contribute to the growth of the French SEA Department by taking part in pitches and business development

    Qualifications

    • At least 3 years of experience managing SEA campaigns.
    • Skills using technologies and processes involved in running paid search campaigns including Search Ads 360, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
    • Familiarity with leadership and managing a small client team.
    • Fluency in French and English is required given the scope of clients
    • Digital maturity and media culture, allowing you to add value for the clients you manage.
    • Great at structured working habits, with the ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks.
    • You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
    • You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
    • You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances with an ability to summarize and analyse data.
