    Salesforce Developer

    Key Responsibilities

    Advanced Salesforce Development: 

    • Lead the development and customization of complex Salesforce solutions, focusing on Loyalty Management, Interaction Studio, and Marketing Cloud. Utilize advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components and Aura to extend Salesforce capabilities

    Technical Leadership: 

    • Collaborate with Solution/Technical Architects to define and implement technical strategies for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. Guide the development team through complex coding challenges and architectural decisions.

    Solution Design and Architecture: 

    • Architect scalable, maintainable, and flexible solutions within the Salesforce platform that meet business requirements and anticipate future needs. Ensure solutions are optimally integrated with existing enterprise architecture.

    Integration and Data Strategy: 

    • Design and implement robust integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems, focusing on data consistency, security, and performance. Lead the development of data models and governance practices within Salesforce.

    Performance Optimization: 

    •  Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency and meet scalability demands. Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor junior Salesforce developers and engineers, promoting best practices in coding, configuration, and continuous integration/delivery.     Knowledge, skills and experience required

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • 3 + years of experience in Salesforce development, with a proven track record in Salesforce Loyalty Management, Interaction Studio, and Marketing Cloud.
    • Lightning App builder experience
    • 3+ years of experience with JavaScript
    • Experience with Apex, and the Lightning Web Component Framework is a must.
    • Experience with Apex REST APIs development (Apex Web Services)
    • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Tooling and Metadata.
    • Demonstrated experience in architecting and implementing complex Salesforce integrations and customizations.
    • Strong foundation in CRM principles, data modelling, and software architecture.
    • Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II) and any relevant advanced certifications.
    • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of mentoring developers.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
    • Experience with Salesforce B2B and B2C solutions.
    • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DX.

    P&C Operations Coordinator

    Purpose of the job

    • The P&C Operations Coordinator will deliver a proficient, high volume administration service across the entire employee life cycle.
    • You will be the first point of contact for query resolution, guidance, or escalation where appropriate and overall help the wider P&C team to deliver an excellent service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the management of the busy centralised P&C inbox
    • Coordinate onboarding for new joiners and offboarding for leavers
    • Ensure all Right to Work checks are carried out for new joiners plus ongoing checks with existing employees in relation to passport/Visa expiration
    • Accurately manage data in to the P&C system, ensure that employee data/information is managed in accordance with GDPR
    • Assist with P&C audits/RFPs as instructed
    • Globally manage the Company Employee Recognition schemes

    Senior Group Accountant

    Key Responsibilities:

    Month-end reporting processes, including: 

    • Assisting in managing the timely submission of subsidiaries globally and performing high-level validation checks on submissions;
    • Completing the Group multi-currency consolidation at month-end; and
    • Involvement in preparation of monthly Board Pack slides relating to consolidated primary statements for the Group.
    • Year-end reporting processes, including:
    • Review and challenge of global subsidiary submissions to ensure compliance with FRS102 and Group accounting policies;
    • Completion of the Group multi-currency consolidation; and
    • Preparation of specific consolidated disclosures and supporting analysis for inclusion in the FRS102 consolidated financial statements.
    • Technical accounting application and policies, including:
    • Preparation of technical accounting papers on complex contracts and transactions;
    • Assisting in updating the Group accounting policies to ensure alignment with FRS102;
    • Providing application guidance to global finance teams for complex accounting areas and transactions.
    • Finance Transformation/Finance Projects, including: 
    • Support on design of new Group consolidation processes in Tagetik, associated month-end and year-end reporting processes and reporting outputs;
    • Support on roll-out of Tagetik to global finance teams for revised monthly and year-end reporting processes; and
    • As Collinson is a dynamic business, and currently undergoing a period of significant transformation, the role will be involved in other ad-hoc finance projects as these arise.

    Key skills and experience to be evidenced within your application included;

    • The successful applicant will ideally have a recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA/ACA or overseas equivalent) and demonstrable experience in year-end group consolidation processes and preparation of statutory accounts under FRS102.
    • Knowledge/experience of complex multi-currency consolidations
    • Technically strong, with working knowledge of FRS 102
    • Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
    • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain good working relationships with global subsidiary finance teams
    • Able to prioritise effectively and ability to handle multiple tasks
    • Ability to work as part of a team and be collaborative
    • Experience on financial consolidation system preferred but not essential
    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

    DevSecOps Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will act as an escalation point for any Cloud/CICD based issues.
    • You will act as an expert for cloud technologies (AWS) and advocate standards and best practices to be applied.
    • As the security specialist for the infrastructure supporting Collinson’s services, you will be proactively thinking about how to ensure it is secure and resilient, with sufficient monitoring and alerting, allowing you to react to deviations swiftly.
    • You will have a good understanding of best practices around Cloud, Network and Application Security, allowing you to handle security alerts confidently, implement standards and provide advice to other engineering teams.
    • You will have experience building and running a technical platform which other engineering teams depend on, with developer experience and resilience always in mind.
    • Work with various teams to design and implement development pipelines with automation at the heart of every design.
    • You will use your architectural experience to not just help deliver development pipelines (CI/CD) but also solution architecture so that every solution is built in a well-thought, forward thinking way.
    • Working with partners in other teams to help deliver solutions for Collinson and its companies to market. This involves working with both technical and non-technical personnel and so communication skills must be excellent both written and verbal with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
    • Responsible for performing root cause analysis for underlying issues and incidents that affect systems performance and availability including proactively identifying and resolving known errors and problems to minimize incident re-occurrence.
    • Assist in the analysis and evaluation of vendor supplied software and hardware products in accordance with Company requirements and specifications.
    • Helping to translate business and customer requirements into solid and stable solutions.

    Knowledge, skills and experience required

    • Awareness of PCI and ISO27001 and the impact these have on infrastructure, networks and application designs
    • Proven track record of implementing secure and scalable cloud solutions specifically on AWS and managing AWS Security Hub Controls.
    • Experience with automated testing and deployment methodologies.
    • AWS Certified to demonstrate theoretical awareness of best practices
    • Extensive experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, and Lambda.
    • Understanding of Source Control Systems, specifically Git.
    • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including a working knowledge of Terraform
    • Scripting experience in either PowerShell, Bash, or Python
    • Familiar with Containerisation, specifically Docker & Kubernetes
    • Linux and Windows Server experience
    • Experience with monitoring and logging tools, ideally AppDynamics and Datadog
    • Working knowledge of networking technologies, including DNS, Firewall Configuration, WAF and Load Balancing.

    People & Culture Application Specialist (1 year FTC)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Be the expert and super user for all P&C systems, ensuring they are running effectively and efficiently globally.
    • Responsible for the resolution of queries and issues relating to the use of P&C systems from end user's and wider P&C team.
    • Work closely with the operations teams globally to streamline processes.

    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
    • Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB
    • Knowledge of payments processing and the wider payments industry
    • Experience integrating with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) for example Stripe, Braintree, Adyen, or WorldPay.
