    Product Execution Manager- CPT

    Job description

    Key Performance Drivers:

    • · Channel Strategy : Develop and implement strategies to enhance in-trade marketing. Collaborate on trade promotions and product ranging, using shopper insights to improve in-store brand presence.
    • In-store Execution: Create and align POS materials with strategy. Address distribution gaps, manage the cooling strategy, and ensure brand activators align with company goals.
    • Sponsorship Management: Implement sponsorship strategies, including Twizza Marketing. Manage renewals, negotiations, and communications to meet national and regional objectives.
    • Product Management: Oversee product development from conception to launch. Ensure product availability and market alignment, conduct research, manage profitability, and train the sales team.
    • Financial Management: Manage marketing and sponsorship budgets, ensuring efficient use. Oversee sponsorship events within budget.

    Stakeholder Engagement: 

    • Internal: Business teams: Manufacturing, H & Safety, Regional Sales Teams, Finance
    • External Relations: Key Trade Customers, Sports Clubs/Institutions, Community Event

    Minimum requirements
    Qualification & Other Key Skills:

    •   Marketing Degree / IMM Diploma or Equivalent essential
    •  Intermediate Ms Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills
    •  Strong analytical skills, with a knack for understanding market trends and consumer behavior.
    •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
    •  Ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence.
    •  Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and brand growth.

    Core Technical Knowledge:

    •  Proven track record in Sponsorship roles, campaigns, projects
    •  Previous Sales experience in the event, sporting communities would be essential for success
    •  Marketing, Sales qualification would be advantageous
    •  Community based project exposure would be highly advantageous
    •  A solid understanding of market trends, consumer / customer behaviour and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for the brands.

    Sales Representative

    Job description

    Measurable KPIs in this Role:

    Execute Territory Sales Plan in support of an Annual Territory Sales Plan:

    • Executes Sales to achieve sales quotas for territories, delivering expected sales, revenue, volume and profit for existing and new products.

    Execute Sales Revenue to achieve Revenue Rand per case:

    • Ensures the effective execution and implementation of the Brand's Sales strategy (including dress code) in order to secure the achievement of the organisation's budgeted revenue rand per case.
    • Reporting on promotional activities.
    • Actively, evaluate & improve the customer value chain.
    • Ensures the effective flow of the distribution process within your territory and take appropriate measures where needed.
    • Ensures that the correct administration and removal of all returns / damages is adhered to within your territory according to the relevant policy.

     Execution of Territory Sales Budget and ensure stringent measures to control costs remain with Approved Budget:

    • Understand the parameters around Trade Promo Spend, Distribution Allowances, Rebates, Fuel usage, Cell phone costs and the implications thereof on the monthly Income Statement for the Region.

    Stakeholder Management by influential relationships internally and externally:

    • Collaborate and influence decisions with RSMs, DMs, Channel, Key Strategic Customers, 3rd party Service Providers, Distribution Partners

    Self -Development & Performance Management

    • Proactively identifies opportunities beyond what is expected in own role; ensures high quality execution of tasks on time and/or before deadline.
    • Proactively establishes personal development plans, aligned to career aspirations and role; ensures follow through of plans.

    Minimum requirements

    • A B-degree in the Commercial/Entrepreneur Management 3year IMM.
    • 3 years Sales Leadership in the FMCG industry preferably in Beverages.
    • Basic knowledge of Field Sales Management /Key Accounts/Brand Marketing.
    • Proven track record of strong execution of Territory Plans.
    • Basic knowledge of Market Intelligence - Nielsens/ Ask'd and reports and data.
    • Proven track record actively in the trade: Wholesale, On-Premises, OOH.
    • Strong enterprising potential to Self-Manage, work independently with minimal supervision.

    Supply Chain Co-Ordinator

    Job description
    Key Performance Areas:

    •  Full Procurement Function
    •  Demand Planning
    •  Distributor Management 
    •  Ensure solid partnership and end-to-end collaboration with key stakeholders.

    Inbound Purchasing including:

    •  Responsible for the full procurement function including management of supplier relationships, supplier   negotiations on pricing and terms and the sourcing of new suppliers.
    •  Optimisation of raw material and component stock levels to support production and minimize obsolescence.
    •  Management of a perpetual inventory system with the appropriate controls, stock counts and variance reporting.
    •  Implementation of MRP system with the objective of optimizing stock levels taking into account supplier lead times and safety stock levels.

    Planning including:

    •  Preparation of weekly and monthly master schedules for finished goods based on the sales forecast and current stock levels.
    •  Preparation of weekly and monthly component level production schedules based on the master schedule and component stock levels.
    •  Monitoring and reporting on the production plan vs actual output.
    •  Interacts professionally with suppliers on orders, returns and general queries.

    People Management:

    •  Manage raw material teams at all plant (CPT, MDB, QTN)

    Minimum requirements

    • Grade 12;
    • Qualification in Finance and/or Supply Chain
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
    • 3-5 years' experience in a Buying capacity
    • Strong knowledge of applicable commercial legislation
    • Strong administrative and numerical skills, including Computer Literacy - MS Office
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Financial Acumen
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent people skill.
    • Ability to perform under pressure
    • Be able to evaluate complex quotations
    • Excellent negotiation skills
    • Valid driver’s license
