    Sales Operations Supervisor

    Qualification Requirements

    Qualification:

    • Matric or equivalent
    • Min 3 years Sales Supervisory experience, with a strong emphasis on Customer Service Execution in an FMCG environment.
    • Computer Literate.
    • Geographic Information Systems.
    • Advanced Excel user.

    Other Requirements:

    • Pressurized environment. (Accuracy and time pressures)
    • Code 10 Driver’s licence with PrDP, an advantage
    • Own transport
    • 24/7 operation might be required to work weekends and Public Holiday’s.

    Experience Requirements

    Experience: 

    • Route Planning systems, an advantage.
    • Working knowledge of Geospatial data (Spatial Data).

    What will you do:

    • To ensure that Drivers and Vehicles are allocated correctly to enable daily route monitoring, driver debriefing and reporting on the planned vs. actual route adherence.
    • Daily Route Management of bakery delivery vehicles.
    • To analyse & report on operational and customer service trends.
    • To ensure all systems supporting DRM are functional, e.g. (Vigil & Mix Telematics)
    • Responsible for DRM System reporting to management of daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s hit rates, departure times, excess kilometres, unplanned routes and kilometres.
    • To control driver shortages
    • To control outstanding crates
    • Overall management of drivers and sales assistants

    Quality Assurance Intern

    What you will be doing?

    Gaining practical exposure and experience in our Milling QA processes by doing the following:

    • Laboratory and Online Quality Control
    • Reporting Food safety & quality control deviations.
    • Testing of raw material, in-process, and final products prior to approval.
    • Active participation in INVOCOMS.
    • Support of the food safety culture plan on site
    • Test baking of premix products prior to approval.
    • LIMS capturing and issuing of COAs

    Creditors Administrator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Communicating and enforcing company policies regarding vendor onboarding and maintenance
    • Providing training and support to Vendor Portal users to improve efficiency and quality of inputs
    • Submitting reviewed and validated, complete vendor applications to Management for approval within prescribed timelines
    • Following up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of applications in the system

    Warehouse Controller

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure correct receiving of stock and capturing on GP.
    • Marking of pallets, configuration, qty and best before dates.
    • Collaboration and communication with stock inventory clerk and value chain.
    • Stock rotation, ensuring that near expiry dated stock is constantly communicated to Warehouse Manager.
    • Daily communication on bad wrapping, collapsed boxes and inferior packaging material – portfolio of evidence to be created.
