    Accounts Receivable Administrator

    What You'll Have Done Before

    Baseline:

    • NQF level 5 (Higher Certificate in Administration or related)
    • 3 years’ experience in administrative role
    • SAP processing experience

    What You'll Be Doing

    Non-Product Billing

    • Perform non-product billing by processing the correct account to ensure that both fixed and variable non-product billing is performed accurately and timeously

    Non-Product Debit/Credit Note

    • Ensure non-product debit/credit notes preparation and processing are made to the correct account, for the correct amount in accordance with management policy

    Turnover Levy Process

    • Provide administration support by setting up site profiles; creating and maintaining contracts for convenience sites; collecting data and providing TLA support to ensure effective business operations.

    Customer Information Administration

    • Provide administration support by updating customer information related to non-product billing and debit/credit notes; ensuring customer data is updated timeously so as to reduce inaccuracies in the processing of non-product billing and debit/credit notes.

    General

    • Provide month-end billing report wherein the amount of work is verified and quantified for management
    • Please note that month end and year end overtime may be required

    Dispatcher

    What You'll Have Done Before

    Minimum

    • NQF Level 4 (Matric)
    • 2 years of experience in a Warehouse planning environment with 1-year experience on SAP and IsaStore/EWMS
    • Negotiation and people skills
    • Knowledge of Customers service, dispatching planning, vehicle utilization

    Advantageous

    • Logistics Planning or Transport Certificate
    • Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics
    • 4 years’ experience in a warehouse planning environment
    • 2 years Knowledge and experience on SAP and
    • IsaStore/EWMS
    • Experience with planning management systems
    • Forklift operations

    What You'll Be Doing

    Dispatch Planning

    • Schedule Product Loads to customers
    • Ensure effective transport planning and utilization
    • Manage daily delivery due lists and ensure it is fully addressed 
    • Reschedule orders if unable to fulfil and strive for no back orders
    • Meet SLA's

    Transport Planning

    • Communicate daily planning lists to the transport contractors
    • Monitor vehicle arrival times and turnaround times at the DC
    • Monitor vehicle loading, strapping, and dispatch

    Internal Liaison

    • Liaise with CSC to resolve customer queries
    • Liaise with DRP when product is required urgently
    • Communicate with transporters and sales team

    Inventory Control

    • Conduct stock counts and investigate losses promptly
    • Eliminate damages and losses (dead and obsolete)
    • Ensure stock is managed as per FIFO methedology

    HSEQ

    • Compliance with HSE Standards and procedures
    • Daily and weekly Tier 1 audits
    • Transporters and contractors adhere to Engen HSE procedures and rules
    • To inspect the quality of packaging , remove leakers promptly and ensure that these are routed for rework

    • Deep knowledge of finance, budgeting forecasting, contracting and business analysis techniques
    • Experience working with project evaluation tools
    • Proven track record of success in a property environment
    • Strong ability to multitask

    Advantageous:

    • Post-graduate qualification in the legal/town planning or construction field
    • Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity
    • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and deliver

    Data Technician

    What you’ll have done before:

    Baseline:

    • NQF Level 5 (Diploma in Technical field, Logistics or IS)
    • 3 years Information Systems experience
    • Experience in help desk and business support
    • Experience in Logistics and Distribution
    •  Knowledge of Fuel Facs 

    Advantageous:

    • NQF Level 7 (Degree in IS)
    • SQL knowledge
    • Knowledge of database administration

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Providing first line support to users in functional business areas. 
    • Support the smooth and efficient running of ORTEC, Fuel Facs, Tank Master, etc. by providing maintenance & first line support, enabling the business to operate.
    • Monitor interface iDOC’s that have failed, investigate reasons and advise depots of appropriate corrective action.
    • Maintain accurate master data updates in various system to enable uninterrupted business operations.
    • Call logging in SNOW (incident and service request), identify repeat patterns and implement solutions.
    • Be on after hour stand-by at critical periods to handle unforeseen emergencies.
    • Support own team with user acceptance testing (UAT).
