    What will you do?

    • Operate as tied agents maximum commission payable as permitted by the Long- Term Insurance Act.
    • To provide financial advice in line with the customer value proposition and treating client fairly framework.

    Financial Planner - Northern BlueStar

    What will you do?

    The purpose of the role is to provide new and existing clients with professional and relevant financial advice, planning and products (sales) that are suited to their needs and requirements. Undertake the procurement of sustainable business of a high quality, in accordance with the business targets set. Maintain and service these clients as part of a long- term relationship which builds loyalty to the brand and generates ongoing advice and sales. Undertake these activities within a compliant and ethical manner which results in the building and sustaining the Sanlam Group business and brand.

    • Present financial solutions to the client in a professional and competent manner aligned to Treating Customers Fairly.
    • Use relevant processes and system tools to capture analysis information and update records accordingly.
    • Review client’s portfolio annually by undertaking the above steps.

    Client Service

    • Ensure all client interactions are ethical, courteous and professional.
    • Follow-up or refer all existing business queries to be resolved timeously through ‘back-office’ support.
    • Strive for excellent, value-added service to clients so that they do not seek competitor products or services.
    • Undertake continuous learning in terms of knowledge, skills and market/industry issues so as to service clients within the defined market.

    Lead Business Architect - Sandton

    What will you do?

    • To Align business architecture with business strategy and provide systems delivery teams with business direction. Responsible for reviewing the complex high-level architecture of all of the processes in the organisation and defines and implements a business process architecture that links the organisation's business processes to the value chains and ultimately to the strategic goals of the organisation ensuring minimisation of business process flows and maximisation of the investment in information technology.
    • Models business processes and creates an environment that facilitates business process improvement on an ongoing basis.
    • In heading up Business Architecture there is a constant assessment of the complexity and depth of the change initiatives, the numbers of impacted individuals, the number of cross functional and cross business unit impacts, and engages with stakeholders at executive, senior management and all other levels to ensure a single understanding of the vision, the change journey, the project benefits realisation and the engagement of all key stakeholders.
    • The work of the Head of Business Architecture stretches across all of Santam Client Solutions business lines and units and is proactive in guiding and facilitating critical leadership alignment, decision making around business priorities, ways of working, operational redesign to unlock the benefits.

    • Understands multiple components that make up the business and is able to research and build entire business needs from the ground up considering all elements. Ability to translate these to System projects and system / manual improvements.

    SAP HC Solutions Architect

    What will you do?

    The role is located in the SAP Centre of Expertise (CoE) within Sanlam Group Technology (SGT), and you will report to the Domain Architect: Application Architecture. As the Technical Lead you will be responsible for the solution design and delivery of best in class capabilities related to the Digital Core program supporting. This position is also responsible for design, development and support of new and existing to SAP ECC HCM, Success Factors and SAP Business Technology Platform applications.
