    Client Service Administrator - Centurion

    Role Purpose    

    • Accurately and effectively analyse and review incoming correspondence and documents and create allocate appropriate workflow task on the workflow system within the service level agreement.

    Requirements    

    • Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF level 4)
    • 2 Years' relevant experience within a financial services environment
    • Employee benefits experience.

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Responsible for incoming client calls and following up to request oustanding client information
    • lnvestigate and resolve all non-reconciling items
    • Draft professional and relevant correspondence to clients
    • Attend retirement related meetings to keep abreast of operations within the business
    • Submit beneficiary statements to board of trustees for approval when necessary
    • lnvestigate client queries within service level agreements and provide clients with timeous feedback
    • Resolve and and escalate client queries when necessary
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
    • Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients with area of responsibility. Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, faciliates feedback and provides exceptional client service.

    Legal Drafter - Sandton

    Role Purpose    

    • Draft and register legal documents (special rules and policies) of umbrella retirement fund clients as well as resolve related queries.

    Requirements    

    • Matric
    • 1 - 3 Years' employee benefits or other insurance experience would be advantageous
    • Previous legal drafting, legal secretarial or paralegal experience in any industry would be advantageous. 

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Accurately draft and maintain special rules and policies
    • Ensure that the special rules are registered with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority
    • Attend to requests received in central mailbox and ensure that requests are resolved timeously and effectively
    • Accurately respond to queries raised by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority
    • Maintain consistent service delivery to ensure client satisfaction
    • Ensure turnaround times are met as set out in our Service Level Agreement (SLA)
    • Maintain extensive Momentum Corporate product knowledge to effectively and accurately respond to queries
    • Adhere to organisational best practice and legislative requirements
    • Ensure all risks are mitigated and escalated where necessary

    Digital Marketing Manager - Centurion

    Role Purpose    

    • To lead the integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. To manage the end-to-end marketing function (full value chain) for the direct channel and product house by designing, developing and executing the marketing strategy and related marketing programmes and plan.     Requirements
