    • As the Project CEO, you will take charge of the project’s successful execution from Financial Close through to handover to Asset Management. You will lead and manage the SPV team, overseeing the construction and implementation phases while ensuring adherence to the Project Charter and Governance Plan.
    • Your role will involve steering project governance, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring project milestones are met on schedule. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with all relevant legislation, managing project risks, and handling contract administration. Additionally, you will oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance, and prepare for the transition of the project to the operational phase.     IAOM (Industrial Asset Operation Modelling Project Manager)

    What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

    • As the IAOM Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of utility-scale wind, solar, and hybrid projects. Your responsibilities will include creating and optimizing project models for bids, managing responses to tenders, and finalizing financial agreements. You will lead on technical O&M requirements, develop operational budgets, and negotiate key contracts (PPA/SAA/IA etc). You’ll ensure compliance with local regulations, work closely with cross-functional teams, and represent the IAOM workstream in project meetings. Additionally, you will support continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned from operational teams.
    • You will report directly to Head of Asset Operations and functionally to the Technical Lead in project teams.

    • In order to succeed in this vacancy, you will need a Bachelor’s Degree in a related engineering field and at least 10 years of work experience, particularly in the renewable energy sector. Extensive knowledge of the REIPPP and private programmes, along with familiarity with various contracts such as SAA, PPA, and IA, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office tools, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel regularly in rural areas are also required. Your ability to manage projects, negotiate contracts, and work collaboratively with diverse teams will be key to your success in this role.
