    Finance Director - Midrand

    • Responsibility for their company's financial health. To combine operational and strategic roles, manage accounting and financial control functions, and establish a financial strategy for the profitable long-term growth of the business.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • CA or CIMA qualification
    • Qualified member of an accountancy body or holder of an equivalent qualification, preferable
    • 10 years of full cycle accounting experience and enrolled in a recognized accounting designation program.
    • Experience on SAGE and ACCPAC.

    Sales Manager - Private Sector - Johannesburg

    • The purpose of this position is a technically focused salesperson who has a proven track record and experience in selling integrated facilities management and technical facilities management solutions within the Private sector.  To join the already established sales team to meet and exceed sales targets within the private sector.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Consistently achieve sales targets and business objectives
    • Ensure sufficient sales and networking activities are conducted in order to identify opportunities for facilities management contracts
    • Ensure that pipeline and percentage to close targets are 100% up to date on a weekly basis on the CRM System
    • Ensure accurate reports are submitted to the Sales Executive on a monthly basis

    Interventions Operations Manager

    Job Context

    Installations Technician - Cape Town

    • Assist with delivery of outright orders when required.
    • Ensure that all installations stock that was not used during the installation is returned to the controller during debriefing. 
    • Report all equipment defects, customer, or site problems, in writing, on the service advice as well as during debriefing with the controller on the same day.
    • Ensure tools are always in good working order.
    • Pay prompt attention to customer complaints and resolve efficiently and timeously.
    • Report incidents and accidents to the Operations Manager and SHEQ Department immediately.
    • Work overtime as instructed by Management and operational requirements - but only with permission.
    • Wear company uniform and all relevant Personal Protective equipment.
    • Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations.
    • Ensure that client service levels are maintained to the highest possible standards
