    Production Manager

    • This role is suited for a dynamic, self-motivated leader who excels in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a strong focus on strategic growth and operational efficiency.
    • You will be responsible for planning for raw materials and directing and coordinating the Production, Maintenance and Tool Room functions, to meet the customer demand for high-quality products and delivery.
    • The position will provide managerial leadership to the Stamping plant, Toolroom and maintenance departments.
    • Core responsibilities include managing labour relations, overseeing maintenance, driving automation initiatives, and upholding health and safety standards.
    • The role also involves budget management, continuous improvement efforts, and performance oversight.
    • Flexibility for extended working hours, emergency callouts, and occasional travel within the EMEA region is required.
    • You must be a Trade Tested Fitter and Turner, Millwright or Tool Jig & Die Maker, and possess at least 10 years of production management experience, within the Engineering and Metals sector.
