    Clerk: Pick Wave

    Job Purpose

    • Administrative function/support within the Picking Department

    Key areas of responsibility include:

    • To close out and release shipments within the agreed time
    • Release shipments to ensure continuity of MHE
    • Assist with the Pick Variance Report
    • Compliance to SOP's
    • View loads on shipment and release according to loading times

    Job Purpose

    • Control and co-ordinate all pallets within the Distribution Centre

    Job Purpose

    • To minimize stock losses and to maintain Inventory Record Accuracy, by verifying information with the physical characteristics of the product and to accurately record the number of pallets per load received using a manual blind checklist as per training, whilst maintaining quality by ensuring no damaged, wet, dirty , broken pallets or expired stock will be offloaded or received and report to the supervisor.

    Job Purpose

    Controller: Inbound

    Job Purpose

    • To ensure the procedures pertaining to all functions within the Receiving Department of the Distribution Centre is carried out, with utmost professionalism and to ensure smooth transition between principal and the company.
    • To work in conjunction with Managers, monitor, develop and allocate work to group subordinates in specific.
    • To control manage the inbound process within the distribution centre ensure the free flow of goods from receiving to the inbound system thereby minimizing any delay to the operation.

    Job Purpose

    Job Purpose

    • To provide support to the Warehouse Manager and assist in the control of the Outbound Warehouse operations. To plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the Warehouse.
