    Lead, Business Intelligence & Operations

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    To lead and coordinate activities around identifying, mapping, and understanding of data to support automation and data analytics activities, and working with data ingestion teams across the Group including GIA to ensure integrity of ingested data to defined Information Warehouse(s) as well as enabling business intelligence reports for auditors and other stakeholders to use.

    • Develop and present accurate and timely Management Information & Business Intelligence reports to support GIA strategies and ensure accurate decision making.
    • Provide data and insights to facilitate crucial conversations with business stakeholders in order to challenge and resolve governance, risk management and control related issues.
    • Provide insights to stakeholders through the analysis of data on client experience in order to recommend areas for improvement and opportunities that exists.
    • Drive the identification of opportunities for automation, increasing the breadth and depth of coverage, in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure alignment to the agreed GIA strategy and drive cost savings.
    • Investigate and facilitate innovative ways to uncover insightful stories and communicating them in a way that links to the achievement of the groups strategic objectives and value drivers.

    • To assume full responsibility and accountability of the total portfolio under the control of CRR, KZN Region with the aim of maximising collection effectiveness and efficiency.

    Senior Analyst, Credit Scoring Solutions

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Provide infrastructure, tools and frameworks used to deliver end-to-end solutions to business problems.
