Software Development Manager - CPT - CBD at Nambiti Technologies (Pty) Ltd

Requirements:

• Manage all the activities of the software development project.
• Set attainable goals to team members in order for the project to be finished on time. 
• Provides guidance to team members to encourage work productivity. 
• Make sure the timeline is followed by the software development group.
• Ensure appropriate procedures and processes are followed when it comes to software development.
• Assess software requirements.
• Ensure design plans, reviews unit tests are in place.
• Ensure that the project is being documented.
• Monitors, evaluate and ensure the completion of tasks and projects.
• Monitor the status of the project.
• Represent the contractor in meetings.
• Report on progress to city team. This can be in in the form of short frequent updates to the city project team or to city Leadership on the overall progress.
