Job Description

• Basic knowledge in E/E (control units, diagnosis, vehicle electrical system access)
• Knowledge and passion for development of complex, robust and production critical IT software systems, located in plant dedicated DC’s or Edge DC’s and in public cloud based on MS Azure
• Experience with VM and cloud software development in MS Azure
• Proficiency in network, distributed and concurrent programming
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills, including load testing capabilities
• Experience as a Java full stack software developer.
• Excellent programming skills in Java, Java GUI, Java Web techniques / Angular / JavaScript / REST, MicroProfile, Spring Framework and the Quarkus Framework
• Very good programming skills with web technologies (Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Python
• Proficiency in using Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Excellent and experienced knowledge in Cloud technologies (Azure cloud architecture, Quarkus, IaaC, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Networking, Cloud Security, MongoDB)
• Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience of enterprise IT operations and support of production critical applications and systems
• Experience in agile software development, CI/CD using Maven, Gradle, Junit and SonarQube.
• Experience in agile software Project Management (Scrum, Jira)
• Experience with the tools: Terraform, IDE (Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA), GIT & GitHub
• Experience in IT security, especially in developing secure cloud applications and general network security.
• Experience with Splunk Enterprise development and configuration. Splunk certification is advantageous
• Experience in Ticket-Reporting Systems (e.g. ITIL)
• Innovative & Independent with good problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• B.Sc IT / Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years development on Java based solutions.
• Exposure and experience within other development languages and platforms, as well as knowledge of development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc)
• Any experience in the automotive industry is useful
• Any experience with integration tools is useful

• Support a workstream in Technology Strategy and Advisory offerings – Tech strategies, Tech transformations, Tech Portfolio and programme management, Enterprise architecture, Tech operating models, Tech value optimisation and Data and AI strategies
• Gain a thorough understand technology trends
• Manage workstream, deliverables and/or scope of work
• Contribute to Technology Strategy and Advisory practice building activities

Who and what we are looking for?

• Technology platform certifications is advantageous
• Specific industry skills is advantageous
• Experience working with a top-tier consulting firm or technology consulting firm preferable.
• Experience in Tech strategy, Tech Transformations, Tech cost optimisation, Tech operating models, Tech programme portfolio management
• Knowledge and exposure to Enterprise and Business Architecture, Data and Information Architecture, Enterprise Architecture Strategy and Planning, and/or Enterprise IT Governance, Infrastructure and Cloud Architecture, Integration Architecture, Solution and Application Architecture, Technology and Platforms, and/or Enterprise Architecture Operating Model preferrable

What will you do?

• Lead workstreams and engagements that help clients align technology investments with business outcomes and communicate the value of technology to the business through data-driven cost transparency.
• Help clients redirect technology spend to from legacy systems and ways of working to more productive, cost efficient and effective technologies and operating models.
• Collaborate with Accenture’s global network of technology implementation professionals, operations and outsourcing teams, industry experts, innovation teams and ecosystem partners to identify and adopt real value, efficiency and productivity drivers that go beyond benchmarks and theoretical research.
• Leverage our institutional knowledge, unique assets and unparalleled experience of our colleagues in understanding the business value and TCO of latest AI-transformed and cloud enabled technologies and agile, product based operating models.
• Design, deploy and evolve technology financial management tools, processes and delivery models to establish continuous spend management.
• Shape, sell, and deliver engagements on IT spend and productivity optimisation, technology value assessments and technology debt management.

Who and what are we looking for?

• Experience working with a top-tier consulting firm or technology consulting firm.
• Bachelor’s Degree is a minimum requirement. Master’s Degree and/or MBA is preferred.
• Advanced experience value cases and financial analysis.
• Solid portfolio of engagements in two or more of the following areas
• IT spend management and IT value realisation
• IT and digital strategy
• Enterprise architecture, technology portfolio rationalisation and strategic technology decisions
• Cloud migration and infrastructure transformation planning
• Proven ability to distil and communicate insights and recommendations from financial and technical data to C-level audience.
