    Sales Hunter

    Key Purpose

    The primary function of a Sales Hunter is to excel in selling products and solutions, drive revenue by acquiring new clients, secure funding for specific projects, and identify new markets for SAIPA’s offerings. This role involves actively searching for new business opportunities and managing a healthy sales pipeline to ensure continuous revenue generation and member growth.

    Prospecting:

    • Identify and engage potential clients through various methods including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

    Client demonstrations:

    • Conduct effective presentations of SAIPA’s products or services to prospective clients.

    Sales negotiations:

    • Employ strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve favorable terms.

    Pipeline and database management:

    • Maintain a dynamic list of leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure consistent sales opportunities.
    • Developing and maintaining a credible, high-quality database of potential clients/leads.

    Market analysis:

    • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential new markets and opportunities.

    Stakeholder Relations and Customer Service

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

    Reporting:

    • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, performance, and strategies for continuous improvement.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    Qualification

    • Sales or Business qualification from credible Institution
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.

    Experience

    • Proven track record in a sales role, with a strong preference for experience in direct or B2B sales environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and generate new leads.
