    Real Estate Portfolio Manager

    Description

    • The Real Estate Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets to ensure optimal operation, robust financial performance, and strategic expansion. This involves leading a team of property managers, liaising with multiple stakeholders, and strategising for the enhancement of the portfolio’s value and returns

    Minimum Requirements

    • A bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is essential.
    • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate management or a related field is required, including hands-on experience with property management, acquisitions, and strategic planning.
    • Must have own reliable transport to get to work and travel for work purposes.
    • Must reside in Pretoria area.
