    Ab Initio Technical Account Manager (TAM)

    Technical Account Managers requires experience in:

    Minimum Requirements

    Assistant Accountant - Production

    Description

    • Reconciliation of monthly stock counts with NAV, and reporting there on
    • Planning, organising and supervising of month end stock counts.
    • Compiling recons on a weekly/monthly basis for stock movements.
    • Follow up on stock differences on a daily basis to minimise financial losses
    • Daily reconciliation of actual stock and stock on NAV to identify discrepancies
    • Compiling and processing of productions and stock movements daily, and reconciling it with the production system.
    • Monitoring of average costing of stock items to identify discrepancies on time.
    • Assist with maintenance of stock items and productions on NAV
    • Assist with month-end procedures
    • Assist Admin personnel with daily issues, such as Invoicing, Journals, Approvals etc.
    • Manage Admin personnel on a daily basis to make sure Invoicing happens on time
    • Manage company’s credit policy
    • Fixed asset register management, create and request fixed asset codes (Vrede and Bethlehem)
    • CAPEX

    Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant Accounting Degree (completed articles)
    • At least 2-years proven work experience within production environment.
    • Animal Feed mill experience will be advantageous.
    • Ability to function independently as well as in a team.
    • Ability to identify and solve problems.
    • Communication skills and good people relations in the workplace. 
    • Ability to work under pressure and extended hours.

    Minimum Requirements

    • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate management or a related field is required, including hands-on experience with property management, acquisitions, and strategic planning.
    • Must have own reliable transport to get to work and travel for work purposes.
    • Must reside in Pretoria area.
