    Organisational Development Co-ordinator

    To create and sustain systems and platforms where people will be informed and know what is going on in the organisation. (Establish platforms to overcommunicate clarity), and to do proper planning, scheduling, follow-through of internal OD processes and different OD projects

    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

    • Diploma or certificate in Administration

    REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

    • Experience to manage projects with excellent knowledge of MS office, Zoom, Menti, Intranet, MSTeams and different Social Media Platforms.

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

     

    • Plan, schedule and report on internal OD / Culture processes
    • Setup of VCFE, do technical work in the background, editing of messages after sessions, load onto sharepoint and youtube, links onto emailer & Teams or APP
    • Invite people to different sessions and ensure maximum participation
    • Establish Systems to report who attended what, follow up with those who do not attend, process payments (PO’s) payments made
    • Put structure and systems in place for Culture & Internal messages to be available for all to see, create new avenues & overcommunicate clarity
    • Co-ordinate Weekly Messages to employees –
    • Responsible for coordination of admin in different projects (e.g. Climate survey).
    • Analyse Data and inform on ‘story’, trends, patterns in questions.
    • Interaction with service providers (Rokkitboy, etc.)

    TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES

    • Excellent writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Innovative, creative & adaptable (co-create)
    • Good people skills & ability to relate to all people regardless of position in organisation
    • Advanced computer literacy (MS Office including PowerPoint, Rocketmailer, Zoom, Menti, MS Teams, YouTube – Social media platforms)
    • Update Sharepoint & create platform where people can access messages
