• Keep records of overtime and time sheets for the Installation and Works Branch
• Attend to the Installation and Works Branch communications
• Order and control stationery and consumables
• Inspect and record the state of movable assets
• Attend to the Traffic and Transportation Departments fleet requirements
• Maintain management statistics

Essential Requirements

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent

• 3 years relevant experience
